Our full team use this for reporting jobs so we needed something that was quick and easy to use. This saves us time to do the manual jobs.

Pros

It is easy to use and you do not need a degree to understand the workings. The mobile app is also easy to use and understand and you can easily add media.

Cons

When using the app, if a location is not initially added, you cannot add one at a later date. I have however brought this up with the design team and they are to address this.

As a team they are very good at responding to quires and providing training. The system does mostly everything that we require with more planned features on the way. It is great to be able to keep track of the jobs, reactive and planned, in specific buildings and with different operators. Overall we are pleased with the program and the FaultFixers team.

Pros

The customer support is one of the best attributes in the company. It is a real hands on approach with real people you can talk to that are always happy to help. The program is also well set out and easier than other maintenance systems I have used. The team also take on suggestions from users and implement them.They even provide a system to suggest these.

Cons

It would be nice to have more performance monitoring built in the system. This is however coming from what I understand. Also, the team are happy to provide this information should you request it. However, having the information on the system would be a real benefit.

The company have been so helpful and open to all our questions and suggestions. They have a voting page where you can suggest their next developments or bits in the app you'd like to see added or changed. Out of all the apps we'd looked in to, this was the easiest to navigate and has been a great choice moving forwards. The maintenance team were really impressed. The Fault Fixers team have also been very quick to reply to any questions that we've had about the app and we were able to arrange a zoom meeting to discuss some options around better ways to utilise the app.

Pros

Very easy to set up and run from a desktop computer. Is also a great way to build an asset profile for properties.

Cons

The cost is per user, meaning, if you have a large team, this can amount to a higher cost than other apps. Would be great if there was a set price for 1-5 users, 6-10 users, 10-20 users, etc.
