### "Using glass hive to prospect leads"

I’m happy so far with Glass Hive and it has made my job easier especially when I had never had a central location to work with leads and opportunities.

Pros

I like glass hive, because it is robust and gives me a perfect place to work from before we migrate opportunities to our main system. I like the ease of use and the excellent support from Glass Hive.

Cons

I have only used glass hive for six months, and I am still learning how to best utilize its features. However, there are a few functions, I’d like to see improved to adapt further with how I use it personally for my particular role.

Overall keeping my sales tasks in front of me and helping move prospects into clients. Overall a good experience.

Pros

Consistent improvements. Good combination of Hubspot sales and marketing in one platform and an extremely good value. Been pretty important in how we manage our list's and leads on the way to them becoming a client!

Cons

It is sometimes a bit slow processing when I'm using it.

I feel like it's cumbersome to sell everyday out of Honey but there's a lot of potential to increase efficiency making quick easy changes

Pros

I like the ease of the opportunity process most. It's really easy to open to manage and to win an opporunity. I also like the menus and the overall design of the app is pretty cool. The support when I do have a chance to connect with folks on the team is helpful I like \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and I like \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] I think they are both assets to clients.

Cons

Only 1 library for sales and for marketing. Not easy for each role to use: update, access and work with the pieces of marketing collateral. It is pretty easy to load them but not to efficiently use work with them for coldcalling. I think it would be great to have more efficiency in many areas: it would be nice to cut all of the clicks to do almost everything, if we were able to use the enter button it would be a huge relief. It really slows you down with all the mouse clicks when coldcalling. Seems to be an inordinate amount of clicks just to add a new company, add a new contact. Also the number system for leads seems arbitrary. If we had the ability to use the ENTER key to close things out that's be great. I'd like to request more support: better communication about big changes, more often and thorough training collateral like videos, webinars, e books, events anything to add more support on best practices and how to get more out of the platform. Often when I've reached out about concerns response time sometimes is very long. I believe it's a good product but that with more streamlined processes for sales it could be really effective. I'd also like to learn more about the 1 to 1's and templates for journeys and how to do more with emails through Honey. That part seems vague or maybe I just need to focus there but I'd like to learn more about that feature. No back ups for collateral library, setting task reminders is so time consuming I don't use it

I am so impressed by the notifications of significant updates to their system weekly. I want to invest in companies that invest back into themselves and Glasshive may be the best representative that we have seen do this!!

Pros

Glasshive helped us to make business processes occur whereas we were trying to figure out what needed to be done.

Cons

I wish that there were more and tighter integrations however I am sure that they will be available in the future. Glasshive has shown us their roadmap and the integrations appear to be on it.

We chose Glasshive for a couple of reasons. First, that we are able to actually speak with a person that knows the products and cares about us, the client. Second, their entire software product is purpose-built for MSPs and directly addresses our unique market requirements, in a way that a generic product cannot do.

Overall I am pleased with the decision to move to GlassHive from some of the other CRM solutions. Our account manager has been with us from the start and consistency is key with us, we need to know what's new and when things are changing and he keeps us informed.

Pros

The process of configuring was simple and straightforward.

Cons

I haven't found much to dislike about the software, but I wish I had more time to dig into all the features.

Zoho didn't call us back when we were looking for more information, and they seemed hands-off. Switching CRMs is a crucial part of marketing, and it's good to know you can speak with someone to get help and help you transition smoothly.

We love GlassHive so far. We've been using it for our sales and marketing. It's been great to keep everyone on the same page, and to know what we are targeting. I love the lists and tasks features especially when we are running different mailing campaigns.

Really really good. We had it partially included previously with a vendor relationship but opted to just start paying for it for the entire marketing team.

Pros

This service we receive is excellent, and visually it is so much easier to use than so many other options out there

Cons

So much functionality that it’s hard to sometimes remember what we can do with the platform.

### "A Honey of a Deal"

Workflow for me is very important. The ability to stay in one place and handle business. Honey allows the majority of that to happen.

Pros

I really like the color schemes, it energizes the use. The product is really intuitive. I really, really like not having 2 email lists to track. My previous CRM really did not direct integration, so it kept 2 complete lists. Honey allows me to do all my work from O365 and updates the contacts accordingly. Importing lists was really easy and building templates is easy was well. Good start, good folks, good product. Looking forward to the pro version and a couple of months.

Cons

The Autotask integration still needs some work. It pulls in the current opportunities but know information in them. Of course opportunities created in Honey are fine. They need to develop floating dialogs, something their competition needs as well. Would like to see phone system integration better and integration with O365 calendar.

It has been very positive, so far the customer service has been great in getting up and running, and the software is intuitive enough to be able to jump in to.

Pros

The ability to use journeys, email marketing, and scheduling allows us to stay on top of our marketing when we dont have a separate marketing department. It includes all of the items you need to grow your business keeping things streamlined and simple so you are up and running quickly.

Cons

There are some tradeoffs with customization and simplicity. The ease with being able to upload, and get a campaign started quickly outweighs any of the issues we have seen with a lack of customization.

Shooting to find a tool for email campaigns, and a sales funnel, I believe we're achieving that goal. We're able to easily set-up and send marketing to our existing client base.

Pros

Perfect solution to start out with a full fledged CRM tool. Very easy to integrate with our existing platforms, and very intuitive to navigate and get started quickly. We received little assistance to get going with it, because quite honestly, we did not need a lot. It just works. Whenever we did, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] @GlassHive responds within an hour or was able to schedule a call same day.

Cons

So far, so good. No complaints to flag. It's worth a mention that I was having a hard time with segmentation, and it not being as easy to read. It has since been changed and updated. If there is any cons, GlassHive seems to be on top of it.

I can ramp up a new MSP in days and have leads after the 1st campaign. I also enjoy the ability to know which prospects I need to pay most attention to. My FAVORITE thing is not having to be a software engineer to implement and manage Glasshive.

I wish I could score contacts outside of marketing activity.

GlassHive accomplishes 97% of what expensive CRM's offer at a fraction of the cost. The user interface is very intuitive and clean. Super happy with our decision to shift from Infusionsoft (Keap).

To be honest, there isn't anything I dislike at this time.

I've been using GlassHive for years, hands down the best CRM – easy to use, saved us a lot of time managing our leads, easy collaboration with the team, awesome marketing tool!

Pros

GlassHive is not just user-friendly but their customer service is the best! If you have any questions or concerns, they're there to help you.

Cons

I wish you could just improve your email campaign editor – like being able to resize images in a graphical campaign and storing the pictures you upload on the editor. Also, we're hoping there could be an events tracker one day. It would be so helpful for us!

Overall great experience so far. It's a cost-effective sales and marketing tool that is a great way to get started with email drip campaigns, lead tracking, and creating landing pages/forms.

Pros

GlassHive is very straightforward and easy to use. The UI is intuitive, and it's easy to navigate throughout the site. I like all the different options, from landing pages, and email marketing, to lead tracking that you do with the software.

Cons

Although I really like the template customization, I feel there could be many more options in layouts and backgrounds to choose from. Hopefully, we will see more in the future. Also, there are some small software issues when building a template, like how the text isn't always pasted cleanly. I'm sure these will be worked out soon.

Pros

I like the interface, the price, and the potential.

Cons

Integrations/Mapping was somewhat difficult but that could be due more to my lack of knowledge than anything else.

I have had access to Glasshive for less than 4 months and I am not proficient in using all of the tools. However, I see that there is value in the software. I look forward to learning more and incorporating the tools in my prospective sales process.

Pros

The features that allow for lists and leads to become active and start the sales process or campaigns.

Cons

The features are not as simple to access and edit throughout the campaign process. I think there is confusion with saving and editing during the initiation of campaigns.
