So far I am happy with GlassHive and I intend to continue using it for a while.

Pros

GlassHive has made it easy and engaging to setup and run marketing campaigns. Their focus in the IT and MSP channel makes it great as they provides great templated material and guides that help industry professional setup their marketing campaigns and track engagement and sales. They also are developing partnerships with industry companies that help add content, like Microsoft.

Cons

It has a bit of a learning curve and without help it takes time to get going.

Reason for choosing GlassHive

I liked what I saw and the features. I like that it had templates and campaigns ready for me to use and could help me create new ones, and their partnership with Microsoft has provided me some assistance getting up and running with it.

Overall, I have had a very positive experience with Glasshive.

Pros

Some of my favorite features include contact importing, access to already created templates for email marketing and viewing the data from campaigns. I learned the basics of glasshive in a month and it is very easy to use. The integration with other apps like connectwise is great and works well.

Cons

One thing that would make creating templates more seamless would be to allow full access to add/remove features on the template and be able to move attachments text boxes, almost like microsoft word. For the most part it is easy to use, but if you send campaigns out on days like Tuesday, your data might not show up quickly since that day is very popular for emails in the glasshive database.

My overall experience with GlassHive has been quite positive. I really like how easy it is to use, and their customer service is excellent. They're always there to help me out in real-time whenever I have questions or issues. However, one thing I'd like to see improve is that it seems more focused on marketing than being a full-fledged CRM. But the good thing is they're actively working on enhancements and are open to user suggestions, which gives me confidence that it will get even better in the future.

Pros

What I appreciate most about GlassHive is its remarkable user-friendliness. The platform's intuitive design makes it incredibly easy to navigate and use effectively. Additionally, their customer service is truly outstanding. They consistently provide real-time support, ensuring that any questions or concerns I have are addressed promptly and professionally. This level of accessibility and assistance sets GlassHive apart and enhances the overall experience.

Cons

One aspect I find less favorable about GlassHive is that it seems to be more geared towards marketing rather than serving as a comprehensive CRM platform. Nevertheless, it's worth noting that they are actively working on improvements. What's particularly commendable is their commitment to incorporating user feedback and suggestions. Great so far just some tweaks need

Pros

Glasshive is so much more user-friendly than other CRM systems i have used. I am able to track myself and my activities as well as the sales department as a whole. This means our Pipeline is more controlled and followed through in a better capacity

Cons

We are based in the UK and a couple issues we've raised is everything is in USD ($). Another being that the 'scrub' element of adding in a contact doesn't really do anything significant. There should also be and option to add in custom activities like Linked in contact (message or connection), teams calls, video message ect

When we made the switch to Glasshive for our CRM, we almost instantly liked using it more than our last Email marketing platform. GlassHive has helped us simplify our marketing & sales processes because it’s catered to MSP’s like ours and even include tools and collateral that come with the subscription.

Pros

We really enjoy the colorful, yet intuitive UI & navigation, and has continued to improve in functionality over the course of us using it. It’s been especially helpful in organizing contacts under certain sales types that we wish to define in order to market to specific groups and verticals.

Cons

The support response time did run a little slow at the beginning when they were starting out, but it became clear they were just growing pains and have been really transparent in their development over the past few months, and I can safely say now they’re in a really good spot

If you are tired of spending money on CRM systems that require a lot of setup then Honey is the CRM for you. It is easy to setup and ready to use after a few clicks of a button. My clients and prospects now receive our email marketing messages and I am able to track who has taken action on them which in turn enables me to take action leading to more conversations.

Pros

The software is easy to use and navigate. We have been using it since it was first brought to market. The Honey team has been responsive in understanding market needs and addressing them with each update. They have a solid content library and easy ways to get started with the platform.

Cons

The Autotask feature needs work as mentioned by others. It would be great if opportunities synced with the information in them into Honey and vice versa. Would make for a seamless experience. There is no power dialing feature as of yet but "Calling" is a feature that is slated to be release at some point according to the Honey website. Wish there was a way for tasks such as "Calls" to count toward sales activity once they have been completed.

So far - we've been very happy. As we get more familiar, I am hoping it becomes easier and easier to use!

Pros

We were looking for a better CRM and easier marketing campaign option. We've been using it about a month and getting the hang of it. The best part? If you have a question or problem - there is someone that can help! And I even got a video with my specific questions answered. No more spinning wheel looking on YouTube for random videos to help me with my day to day tasks.

Cons

There's not a ton on social - we still have to use another platform to handle our social media. IT would be nice to have it all in one.

It’s okay. With more work it could be better. I would choose another product, but the decision is not mine to make, ultimately.

Pros

I like the aesthetics of the interface. It’s very bright and appealing.

Cons

Things are all over the place. Adding companies is a pain because the application is poor at automatically importing basic company info like addresses and phone numbers. 9/10 times I have to manually enter or correct this information, or fill in missing info. It hardly ever captured the city.

### "Amazing CRM for MSP"

The built-in content and customer journeys save a lot of time and effort instead of creating these materials from scratch. Many of our vendors also push content to this platform so it gives me a single place to have all our marketing resources.

Pros

This CRM connects with ConnectWise, which we use to generate quotes and keep all our customer information. It automatically populates our sales pipeline and presents the information on a single dashboard, saving us a lot of time.

Cons

There is not a calling platform within the CRM, but should be coming soon. Our previous CRM, Keap, was also not compatible so importing our prospect data was a little time consuming. Although this allowed us to really start fresh with a very clean CRM.

Glasshive is fairly easy to use, it has a clean UI and support has been very good

Cons

Initial training is fairly limited, the lead scoring system doesn't work very well for inbound leads.

Pros

GlassHive has multiple features that allow our company to work on multiple marketing projects at once. It allows us to see from start to finish the journey of a prospect, or even an existing Client, as they interact with marketing materials. Their support is wonderful, and always there to assist with any task.

Cons

The only issue we faced was having an understanding of sourcing/segmenting our data based on different types. We had some issues communicating that fully, but the issue was resolved.

Cons

I feel as though Glasshive could have more filter options on contacts and companies to make detailed list building and searching easier. I also wish there was a data column for number of locations a business has as that's important as an MSP.

Great experience overall. we used MindMatrix before, and a few other branded solutions over the years. GlassHive is our favorite and most intuitive so far.

Pros

It's a one-stop shop for my MSP. we use it for social media marketing campaigns, email drip campaigns, CRM, and integration with Autotask/ DATTO PSA. works great and great service!

Cons

Only issue we found that I wish we didn't, was that you can't associate 2 email addresses under one contact.

Deployment was easy, intuitive, and integrated wonderfully with our other systems.

Pros

The platform glows with data everywhere! All that valuable information is visible at all times, via different dashboards. My past experience of using CRMs has always been painful. Hard to get to the right places (logical sales process). And the time consumption of data dumping can be overwhelming. Not the case with GlassHive! Your information is WORKING for you all over the place. Once you understand that the results will happen when you own your sales journey. I'm one month in, learning how to leverage features each day. Happy to finally use a platform that even SALES people will want to use. ;)

Cons

Not so much an issue of the platform or design, more likely the user (me). I'm getting used to working directly on a browser and handling the pop up windows.

Pros

The UX/UI is nice. The ease of use and colorful cheerful design makes me excited to log in! The customer support is great and helpful and always responds quickly.

Cons

The sales dashboard could be more granular with its reports and the ability to remove project work and compare it to MRR.

Pros

I love that you can customize Glasshive to meet your unique marketing needs. In addition, the staff is always quick to respond and help you out with anything you are needing!

Cons

There are minimal tweaks that would be ideal in Glasshive like adding more social media outlets on the social media scheduler. I also think that the journeys could improve with the functionality of the conditions (adding more specific conditions). I would like to emphasize that the app is great and I love using it! These are just very minor details that could be enhanced.
