Overall, things have been great. Support has been super helpful with my many questions.

Pros

The contact import syncing with ConnectWise and the ease of use when creating campaigns

Cons

Seem restricted on the ability to create rules on important multiple types of contacts and companies. Would be nice to funnel people into different campaign groups based on their type.

Pros

Everything you need for contact management, CRM, email blasts are under one roof at a very affordable price. But the best thing about Glasshive is the personal support you receive getting everything running.

Cons

Some of the steps to create a new campaign are a little lengthy and hard to remember but the personalized support makes up for that

Pros

Prebuilt Journeys are a HUGE get! This will save Hrs. as opposed to creating from scratch!

Cons

When creating journeys, each time you add a step, the page shifts, leaving you with having to find your place again. The incomplete tasks are great, would be awesome if you could click it and the areas that need attention would be highlighted, this would most assuredly save some time .

Ease of use and ease of implementation- that's pretty huge!

as a platform its great, easy to use and self explanatory

Pros

the ease of use is amazing and it shows a lot of information when navigating between contacts and company info.

Cons

However, a lot of the content of the leads provided are incorrect. like bad phone numbers or contact names and companies that are no longer in business.

We have been happy with the product and the customer service.

Pros

We have found the software intuitive and easy to use. After just a bit of help with setup, we were off and running. We now create our own graphical marketing emails and landing pages.

Cons

Not really a con, but not being designers we needed a little bit of help with the best way to create our own content using their collateral builder and landing page builder.

I Like that i can see all my work in 1 place and it is organized

I have had a great experience with Glass Hive thus far. It is making it simple for me to transition from a different CRM platform and input information from existing leads.

Pros

I love the ease of use that this product offers and the ability for me to not only set up marketing campaigns but also be able to monitor them and how well they are working for us.

Cons

I cannot think of anything off the top of my head that I would change.

Pros

The interface is awesome! Much better than looking at a web based window with no visuals or colors. I also like the ease of creating collateral, storing it, building dynamic and non dynamic email templates for my team.

Cons

I wish it connected to Zoominfo for ease of uploading contacts. Also, would be great to have a power dialer and integration into other CRM's besides Salesforce

We got up and running with honeyCRM quickly. Our sales reps were able to take advantage of the platform's features without much training. Easy to adopt.

Pros

We use Connectwise as our main management application. Downloading company and contact information was easier then we expected. Pushing information from honeyCRM to CW is also simple. Secondly, the instant feedback we get on our email campaigns is fantastic. We can see who opened and who clicked on what link so we can see how clients/prospects are interacting with our email. Finally, configuring journeys for automating drip marketing is simple and easy to manage.

Cons

Features we would like to see improved: 1. Better forecasting capability - we would like to be able to capture costs (not currently available) and report on potential gross profitability/margin for individual sales 2. Better integration with Connectwise for Opportunity reporting. 3. Better organizational features for colleterial.

Not tons of 'off-the-shelf' integrations but most of the big names like Hubspot and so forth can help complement Glasshive and vice versa.

It has been good dabbling with this to get acquainted with terminology and how CRM functions.

Pros

For a novice like me, it helps get me into the swim of things not having used CRM for most of my career.

Cons

Only that for me as an older user, not everything is apparent as to how to access the correct screens. So the fact that their support and chat groups are readily available to me helps me bridge the gap of knowing where the item I want to get to is. I am by no means an all inclusive CRM person, more like just finding my way around the CRM block!

Aesthetically pleasing UI! It looks very pretty and relatively easy to use.

Cons

Difficult to prioritize leads and keep in front me. It's like an additional tool that I have not really seen the value in yet. I have only been using it 5 months. It's hard to comb through leads and capitalize on them. I have not yet been able to turn any of these leads into a sales opportunity.

Pros

Designing email campaigns is simple and easy in Glasshive. The platform is very intuitive. It also serves as a database for communications with prospects and clients.

Cons

Since it is browser-based, it is possible to accidentally hit the back button and lose recent edits. In terms of functionality, there are some things I wish I could do such as create smart lists or segment existing lists based on criteria from the database entry. However, Glasshivew keeps getting better and new developments and updates are continuously added.
