Pros

Their support team was real and responsive. I also enjoyed the content inspiration from the marketing plans and collaterals.

Cons

No undo button. A lot of bugs. Emails would sometimes format differently than in the preview.

Cons

Lots of features means it can be a bit intimidating and complex. Fortunately, our Product Experience Manager and support team has been awesome with assisting.

Pros

I like that GlassHive is continually developing at a rapid speed. There are so many features at your fingertips, it is like combining 3-4 marketing platforms into one. Their customer service is also very responsive, and if I ever have a question they are happy to join a call and explain.

Cons

Because GlassHive is new and developments are happening in front of my eyes, easy of use can sometimes decline, and if I am not on the website for a few days I come back to changes that I didn't know about and can have difficulty navigating.

I like how easy it is to create email marketing material, just don't like that it shows up different when sent out to everyone's email.

Pros

It is easy to use and creates a nice looking product

Cons

The email sent out by glasshive that I create never looks the same as the material I create on the website. Ex: the button feature: Looks good on your website but when email arrives it is a different shape and has the words are put in the button 2 times stacked on top of each other. Doesn't look professional.

Overall, it has been very easy to learn and to use. Importing lists, creating prospecting lists, and creating marketing campaigns.

Pros

I have used several CRM's in the past and some of the features that I like about Honey is the tracking of email opens and clicks on links within email campaigns. The customization of templates and the automation features of scheduling a campaign and scheduling tasks within a customer's journey, which is also a custom build of work flow.

Cons

The view of templates is difficult to work with because the name of the template is not fully visable, and would prefer a detailed list view.

Pros

We have been using Honey CRM for a little while, and so far, it's been working really well, but our favorite "feature" by far has been the customer service team. They are very responsive and are dedicated to working with you to answer any questions you may have.

Cons

There are still some features in the software itself that seem to be missing, but the team is also working hard to continue implementing new features on a regular basis; so, I'm confident that these features will be added sooner rather than later.

Pros

The ease of emailing all your leads and the tracking capability of seeing what the leads clicked on.

Cons

I click on the company name and contact the leads on that page, but to go to the next lead i have to back click and then scroll to the next lead then click the company name. It would be better if there was a button that i could click to go to the next company lead.

Pros

GlassHive is easy to adapt to a small and/or growing business. Onboarding was smooth and the learning curve was minimal. GlassHive really helped us create our first marketing initiatives. The analytics and intuitive pipelines also helped keep us bought in to our new SOPs.

Cons

I would like to see more power features added. While the ceiling in GlassHive is high, I feel it could be higher.

\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] has been helping with setting up the portal and launching and managing the campaigns. He has been amazing. He has been a great resource, he helped us a lot! Overall experience has been good. Still learning the software but so far we are off to a good start. Just like with any platforms you have to "live in it" to completely learn it, but we are making good progress.

Pros

Cons

Navigation between functions is still difficult at times, but I think we will get better at it with time and practice.

I like that I can log customer info and create email campaigns

Cons

I can't get my domain authenticated to send our emails from honey. Customer support has been helpful but they have to speak with our tech team to fix this and for whatever reason they haven't been able to authenticate. I also don't like that I get an email every time I add a lead. Customer service said I can't turn that off but to create a rule in my inbox to forward emails which I did and that has helped.

I like how easily and organized I can make a campaign. The best feature in my opinion is the tracking feature in campaigns where it shows results from the campaign at they are changing.

Cons

I wish there was a way to add a new tab so I could be in something like a campaign and be able to go look at a list without losing my place on the campaign.
