Pros
The product was very easy to use. Easy to setup and the customer service was great.
Overall is good easy to use and good customer service.
Cons
The only downside is that it works best with a solid internet connection, so if you're on a remote site with bad signal, it could be a bit tricky.
It lags and crashes all the time. Bars at the kiosk are too close together.

"Safe Site review"
Overall: Overall is good easy to use and good customer service
Pros: The ability to see the manpower on a job site at any given time, as well as see the manpower across all of the job sites, daily weekly, or even in the past. It makes a roster for the job site in a case of an emergency. Also, the integration with Procore and then it automatically updates a manpower on your daily logs.
Cons: Don’t have any real cons it does everything I expect it to do

"Safe Site has a purpose beyond COVID"
Overall: We started using it when we needed something to help us when COVID came about. Great for checkin and letting people answer the questions. Now it is used just for tracking who is on site as far as subs and how many are there. Great tracking tool for management
Pros: Easy to write and change questions Kept track of who was on the job and people got use to looking for the paper with the QR code
Cons: Some of the features seem old when using and having to ask SafeSite to do things when we shoudl be able to do ourself. When you get rid of an employee SafeSite will take them off the website if you ask but when you enter a new employee they can't have one of past employees mobile phones or it won't accept it.

Overall: Ultimately it does what I need it to. There are things I wish we easier or more efficient.

"Super Easy and Efficient Jobsite Check-ins"
Overall: Overall, using Safe Site Check In has been great. It really makes jobsite management smoother, cutting down on paperwork and keeping everything organized. It's a must-have tool for anyone managing multiple sites or projects.
Pros: What I liked the most about Safe Site Check In is how easy it is to use. You can check in workers and visitors to the jobsite with just a phone, no paperwork needed. The digital forms are a huge time-saver, and having real-time updates on who’s on-site really helps with safety and project tracking.

Overall: The initial set-up for management was simple. Getting employees to set things up on their phones was the biggest challenge

Pros: 1. Last line of defense from keeping Covid and other illnesses out of our office. 2. The ability to easily contact trace if an exposure does occur
Cons: This is not something I dislike but if there were an option to have employees wear a "pager" style device that did proximity monitoring and would allow us to know if/when an employee is within 6ft of another for 15 minutes or more would be even more helpful.
"Fast set up, quick savings"
Overall: The product and the Safe Site Check In team are great. The team listens to feedback and works to implement solutions and solve problems quickly. This is very rare in our software experiences.
Pros: It is very easy to set up and use for both our office and field. Time is money in the field and not having to do a long training on a software rollout is huge.
Cons: I cannot think of anything. Any issues we have had, they worked to solve quickly.

Overall: Excellent. The customer service and turn around times were impeccable

Cons: Probably the technical glitches we had on site, but they were corrected so quickly it wasn't really an issue.

Overall: Overall the experience was great. It helped streamline a specific need for us and made our work in the office easier.
Pros: The product was very easy to use. Easy to setup and the customer service was great.
Cons: It still required humans to input information. Often times records weren't correct cause we couldn't get the crew to check in appropriately on sites that were "open".

"Features, functionality and Ease of use checked the boxes"
Overall: As a disability support provider supporting children, site access monitoring is essential and with four construction sites on the property, Safe Site Check In enables us to monitor access to the sites as well. The broadcast facility was an added bonus were not expecting but is a huge help. Also the messaging feature enables not only to report property issues, but to attach images. Very helpful.
Pros: No need for users to install an app was a big advantage for us. This increased staff and contractor use as details are filled in once and then remembered for consequent use. The broadcasting feature is great for us as among other things our site is in a bushfire prone area and we can alert all checked in users to evacuate for example. Setup and administration couldn't be easier.
Cons: We have not found any issues or things that we think need improving.
