We’ll never have another year with lost profits using SynkedUP. Pros The job costing is hands down the best feature of SynkedUP! Gone are the days of figuring out after the fact if you lost money or not on a job. SynkedUP allows you to easily track you job costs daily on your phone in less the 5 mins. We know exactly how much money we make and lose on a job now. It was also one of the easiest softwares to implement into our company. Cons It’s not a full fledged CRM yet. It shines in project managment, but lacks in client communication. They have plans to bolster this in the near future. We are a 10-person landscape company doing design, build, and maintenance, and we use SynkedUp for our company budgeting, estimating, client approvals, scheduling, invoicing, and job costing, and more. The team at SynkedUp also get us as landscapers and contractors. Many of them have been in the field prior. Awesome people, great software. Before using this software I would spend 10-15 hours per week putting together estimates in the evening. Now I'm able to get those estimates out in less than half the time! We struggled to figure out where we needed to be on our numbers to feeling confident that all proposals contain the proper numbers ensuring we’re profitable. When determining how to price out jobs, their program has a unique job costing feature which informs you whether you hit your numbers or not. It analyzes whether you did a great or there is room for improvement for the next time. The team at Synched Up is absolutely fantastic and a pleasure to work with. I mean everything. We have gotten rid of the paper every thing is right at our fingertips at any point. Pros I was using three programs to run my business. I had a budgeting one and estimating one I had a Time One and I also had a billing one. Synked UP has helped my business tremendously. It takes all aspects of every software and combines them all into one. Everything is completely streamlined and we are running more efficiently than ever. The crew over at skynkedup is fantastic to deal with. They're extremely quick on their responses and are extremely helpful. The software was extremely easy to learn and extremely user friendly. I must say if you aren't using synked up you are losing money. Don't be afraid to try it it'll be the best money you ever spent and be the best thing you ever do for your business it is better than any piece of machinery you could ever buy or any employee you could ever hire.
