From my very first enquiry, the team at Thrive App have been fantastic. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. The setup process was straightforward and well-supported. The platform has added real value to our internal communication and engagement efforts. Overall, a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend Thrive App to other organisations.

Pros

Thrive App is extremely user-friendly and intuitive, which made it easy for our team to adopt quickly. One of the standout features is the ability to track employee engagement—this gives us valuable insights into what content is resonating with our team. The clean interface and ability to customise content make it a really useful internal communications tool.

Cons

There isn’t much I dislike, but if I had to be picky, it would be great to have even more customisation options in terms of branding and layout. That said, the app still delivers excellent functionality and serves our needs well.

The implementation and onboarding phase was well executed. The team from Thrive.App was helpful throughout (shoutout to \[sensitive content hidden\]).

Pros

Easy to onboard users, and setting up the content was simple and easy. We really like the insights function too. Gives us a flavour on how many users are using the app, popular contents etc.

Cons

Integration with other apps i.e mailchimp or poppulo. As a communications professional, having an integrated system will help in reducing 'content upload' via multiple channels. Something we would like to see in the future (if possible!)

Data security because we're part of a nuclear construction project, and pricing definitely plays a big factor in this too.

I quite like it for awareness to all employees - but it could do with some update bringing it to a more future styled platform

Pros

able to put lots of content on the platform for the employees to read and the scheduled publishing helps me add these on different dates

Cons

it can be a little clunky and would like to design the text more - also it doesn't show when I have made a spelling mistake - which for someone who is dyslexic it is a struggle

Over all a great experience and an excellent way for us to communicate to our employees. The team work with you and are continually developing the app. We are always informed of new features that have been update which makes the app more efficient and functional.

Pros

The team are always on hand to help and listen to any of your suggested improvements. The app is easy for our employees to use and navigate. The team have also helped created links and support activities we communicate on the app which is a great help.

Cons

Sometimes functions are limited but we do put improvements forward for the team to consider. They take these on board and work to put new features in place.

From the first day using this app i was very happy with all the features and tools to use, also the after care from THRIVE is 10/10 which is very important.

Pros

This app is very user friendly & great to use, finally an easy to use all in one product, great visual and so much extra information can be added as the app grows.

Cons

A section was app to my thrive app for adding in photos but at times this can be an issue for size and will not let me add a photo in, i understand this can be a phone issue not the app issue but maybe the app being able to take a bigger photo size would help.

Good experience overall. Thrive support team responds very quickly if we have any questions/request.

Pros

It's easy to use, to add news pages, sections on our app. Everyone can easily contribute from different departments in the company

Cons

The leak of functionalities, like the possibility to have a carousel of picture on a page or the creation of a poll/survey/quiz directly on the platform

Overall, I think Thrive provides a great forward way of thinking, it has greatly helped our communications

Pros

I like that you can communicate to all employees, company wide, all over the world in different roles. Everyone receives the same message and updates - it helps align our company culture & boost staff moral. I think it improves engagement within the company.

Cons

I would like to get more people engaged and active on the app, that has been our only struggle with the app.

A great experience, any issues or queries are sorted quickly and with more and more features being introduced

Pros

The app is very user friendly and after having a call with you last week there are additional features available now for example we are now setting up uniform order forms which will be sent directly to reception.

Cons

Android users were affected briefly with accessing the app but you have that rectified now. Any cons are usually addressed.

Pros

In the palm of my hand we can communicate globally to our people and stay connected . The ability to add our ThrivingYu mental health well-being platform into the mix- groundbreaker for companies globally

Cons

Occasionally having to re log in - permissions are a necessity but can detract from the experience but mostly add to it

Great customer service. The help is above and beyond fantastic. Implementation was very well executed.

Pros

Set up is straightforward and easy to understand. Easy to use and great functionality. THe team from Thrive.app has been wonderful to work with. Great customer service always provided.

Cons

There really is nothing that I can say that is wrong with the program. They are wonderful and wonderful CS experience.

Only new to the app but my overall experience has been a good one, I can already see the benefit within our organisation as the current system doesn't allow for access outside the hospital which this one will

Pros

Easy to navigate once shown. Like the interactive elements for employees to engage. Great scope to individualise. Love the colleague recognition area.

Cons

Haven't found any yet but am wary of unauthorised content but think there is a function available to monitor posts

Incredible, I have recommended them to many a company and its brilliant value for money for the on hand assistance you receive. Huge thanks especially to \[sensitive content hidden\].

Pros

Local tech company who under the employee/employer needs for the app. I have worked with Thrive throughout my career and they are continuously developing the app based on feedback from the users. They are always on hand to be creative alongside companies also. For example, they created our walk round checks for vehicles, meaning the process was seamless for over 200 drivers.

Cons

We would just like a filter system on active and archived users in order to ensure our exit process is effectively completed.

Reason for choosing Thrive.App

I originally implemented with my previous company and therefore with mobile workers this was ideal.

Pros

We use the 'News' section of the app most frequently, to allow our care home colleagues to share stories and activities from their homes. We also use the colleague recognition feature so colleagues can say thank you to each other.

Cons

The product is quite limiting in what it can offer and is still catching up with some standard features you'd expect from an app, such as search and files storage.

The team are always quick to respond and happy to help and we havent seen any major technical issues with the app which is exactly what we need

Pros

The app is very easy for us to use as admins, but it is also very easy for users to navigate and find what they are looking for

Cons

I would like to see more user functionality and suggestions introduced, however, to be fair to Thrive we have seen a few introductions this year that have been helpful for us
