Tolles StartUp mit coolen Gründern, die sich einem Problem der Bauwirtschaft angenommen haben und auf dem richtigen Weg sind sich stetig weiter zuentwickeln um den dynamischen Bauprozess einer Baustelle gut auf einem übergreifenden Plan abzubilden.

Pros

Das schnelle und einfache Verschieben von Leanzügen / Bauteilen ist ein großer Vorteil.

Cons

Anfangsprobleme gibt es in allen StartUp's.Allerdings geht es vor allem darum, wie man mit den Rückmeldungen der User umgeht. Bei Koppla ist man sehr offen für Verbesserungsvorschläge, wenn sie übergreifend allen Usern einen Nutzen bringen.Vielleicht wäre eine Idee individuelle Plattformen anzubieten, die auf firmenspezifische Anliegen "gestrickt" wurde!?

Intuitiver Umgang und Übersichtliche Gestaltung und hervorragender Kundensupport!

Es fehlt noch ein Feature Pläne hochzuladen und Tickets dann mit einem Ort im Plan zu verknüpfen, ansonsten gibt es echt nichts was mich stört oder was mir fehlt.

Sehr einfache und kostengünstige Software, mit deren Hilfe man erstmalig datengetrieben eine Baustelle steuern kann. Die Einbindung aller Projektbeteiligten ist kein Problem.

Cons

Der Einsatz der Software erfordert meines Erachtens ein Team das speziell mit der Taktplanung und Steuerung vertraut ist bzw. Erfahrung hat. Ohne diese Vorraussetzung kann die Implementierung in ein Projekt erschwert werden.

Koppla ist ein super Tool für die ersten Schritte in der digitalen Welt der Lean-Projektabwicklung. Das Koppla-Team steht für Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung und hilft wo es möglich ist. Damit ist die Supportleistung ungeschlagen und macht die Zusammenarbeit sehr angenehm! Als Kunde fühlt man sich geschätzt, gut betreut und hat auch sichtbar die Möglichkeit auf Einfluss, was die Entwicklung der Sotfware anbelangt! Nichts desto trotz gibt es natürlich noch Luft nach oben. Alles andere wäre bei einem so jungen Unternehmen aber auch verwunderlich!

Pros

Die vielfältigen Anwendungsmöglichkeiten. Außerdem ist die Lizensierung sehr dankbar! Die Projektlizensierung lässt den Kollegen mehr Freiheiten, wie das Tool genutzt wird und senkt damit die Hemmschwelle, es für ein Projekt zuzukaufen ;)

Cons

An der Übersichtlichkeit bei PDF-Exporten kann durchaus noch gefeilt werden. Insbesondere sind die Möglichkeiten, einen Soll-Ist-Vergleich zu Ursprungsterminplänen bisher begrenzt und "nur" über Umwege realisierbar. Da ist noch etwas Luft nach oben!
