Das Koppla-Team steht für Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung und hilft wo es möglich ist. Damit ist die Supportleistung ungeschlagen und macht die Zusammenarbeit sehr angenehm! Als Kunde fühlt man sich geschätzt, gut betreut und hat auch sichtbar die Möglichkeit auf Einfluss, was die Entwicklung der Sotfware anbelangt! Nichts desto trotz gibt es natürlich noch Luft nach oben. Alles andere wäre bei einem so jungen Unternehmen aber auch verwunderlich! Pros Die vielfältigen Anwendungsmöglichkeiten. Außerdem ist die Lizensierung sehr dankbar! Die Projektlizensierung lässt den Kollegen mehr Freiheiten, wie das Tool genutzt wird und senkt damit die Hemmschwelle, es für ein Projekt zuzukaufen ;) Cons An der Übersichtlichkeit bei PDF-Exporten kann durchaus noch gefeilt werden. Insbesondere sind die Möglichkeiten, einen Soll-Ist-Vergleich zu Ursprungsterminplänen bisher begrenzt und "nur" über Umwege realisierbar. Da ist noch etwas Luft nach oben!
