It can be interactive and meets the need of sending estimates for repairs. Pros It makes submitting repair estimates easier. An interactive tool between car repairers, the network company and the insurers. Cons Sometimes the interface doesn't work as it should. Pros Was fairly easy to use. Cons We had 2 subscriptions. We cancelled one and they continued to charge us. Took months to get reimbursed. Then cancelled our remaining subscription. They continued to charge us. They still have not reimbursed us the $564.39 owed to us. No one returns our calls or emails. Nothing is resolved. They are over seas and they have your bank account or credit card number and that is so scary. I will never never do business with this company and I highly recommend that you don't either, so fair warning Pros That my husband could use the program and he is tech challenged Cons worst company for payments. They will not process your payments on time and then they send you a notice via email (always email) that your past due? we have always paid our bills on time and I would have emails where I would authorize payment and then they would not process it or send you a receipt or a statement.
