Pros This software enables me to review candidates at a time that is convenient to me during my busy schedule. I can for example half-way through a review, get interrupted by other work and later continue where I last left off. Something that was not possible with a live interview. Cons Not the software's fault, but unfortunately you need to structure your questions in such a way that the candidate would have no ambiguity about what you are asking because the candidate cannot ask a question back or confirm his/her understanding about the question/task.
