I use it primarily for marketing, shortening affiliate links, cleaning up URLs before dropping them into email sequences, and keeping campaign links from getting flagged as spam. It does that job reliably. The problem is when you start leaning on it for anything beyond basic link management, the cracks show. Pros I like being able to use the custom alias feature for my brandable marketing campaigns that I run. The links are usually long so being able to shorten it helps a lot. It’s really easy to use and there is no limit to how many urls can be created. There is literally no learning curve to using this and the user interface is made easy enough for novices to come in and use it unlike competitors. Cons So the analytics are very thin when it comes to seeing what’s happening on the links. It only comes with some basic click data but not much more past that. The free tier also gates way too many features which is a pain because you only figure that out once you e already built it into the workflow. We can double or triple down on a source that's converting into clicks, to drive more traffic to our page.
