Pros: As part of a third party IT provider we do not personally utilize the software but updates and software setup is excellent. We did not have any issues moving from windows 7 workstations to windows 10 which is always helpful.

Cons: No cons from the IT perspective, no calls from users about issues with the software

Overall: I work as a third party IT support for a Dental office that uses the TimeClick software and they have not had any issues for the 3 years or so I have been supporting my client with the software. We manage the database created by TimeClick and updates and migrations have all gone smoothly. Each Time I've needed to call for support I am on the line with a person very quickly and technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. Updates and moving to new servers is quick and easy. Be aware that updates and migrations should be done during support hours as you need a registration code.

Pros: There is nothing better about TimeClick than how easy it is to use. That is true whether you are a non-exempt staff member, clocking in and out every day, or if you are the office administrator, working in the administrative mode. Clocking in and out? Easy! Adding a new user? Easy! Fixing a user error? Also easy! The product is so user/administrator-friendly that it can't be overstated. It does not require much training; just give a user their password, and they are off to the races. It couldn't be simpler. Customer support is always very responsive and helps us address any issues that come up, and there are very rarely any technical issues. We have been using TimeClick for several years now, and it has been more than worth the small cost of the product to be able to accurately track the hours (and overtime) our employees work each week. When we first started using the product, we were worried how easy it would be and whether the staff would use it effectively. We needn't have worried; TimeClick makes it easy for employees to clock in and out, as well as check their own time to avoid going into overtime.

Cons: I wish the reports were easier to print and more readable. They are probably the worst thing about TimeClick, but they are acceptable. I can't think of anything else I dislike about it. It occasionally stops working properly and simply needs an update or to be reinstalled. Frankly, I don't know exactly what happens, but it always gets fixed quickly by a quick call to customer support. It seems like it might happen every 6 months to a year.

Recommendations to other buyers: It is important to know what your users are capable of. The TimeClick system is simple; just click in, out, on break, back from break, etc. From an administrator's point of view, it is easy to control and address user errors.

Comments: CSR helped me with an issue I was having. Our original computer that we had installed the software is not working right. I was all set to buy a new edition of time click or pay for the support to have it moved. She easily could have charged us to have them move it for us. Instead he wanted us to be really happy with TimeClick and gave us email instructions on how to do it myself. I am terrible with this stuff, yet I was able to move everything over and set up our other 3 computers to be working in under an hour. I can not recommend TimeClick or the help from support team enough. Thank you

Pros: We are a small company and the one time price fits our needs. Many companies lure you in with free software only to realize if you want any features that you will actually need you must pay a monthly fee.

Cons: It is networked based, so you can not just access it from your home

Pros: With so many people working different hours it is so nice to be able to keep track electronically! This way no one forgets to turn in their sheet and it is so easy to clock in and out

Cons: It is hard to track vacation/sick time on the app so that is kind of a bummer but we have other ways of tracking that so we make it work.

Pros: It was very simple to install and easy to use. They have really excellent customer support. Also easy to install on different workstations and train new staff on.

Cons: I wish it offered a few more report features, and I really wish it would do calculations of 'other time" as part of PTO accrual which would make it work better for my salaried employees.

Pros: TimeClick is very easy to use. we literally have not had any issues until our recent problem. When I had the issue last week our rep was very efficient and helpful

Cons: The thing that I like lease is that I paid for a quick under 1 minute fix. It would be nice if the charge was based on the time spent.

Overall: Time Click saves us a tremendous amount of time. Before we started using it we had the old time clock. And every payroll I had to figure every day and wekk for each employee. This is so much easier and time saving.

Pros: Easy to set up and get going quickly.

Cons: No interface with our business system.

Overall: Recently moved the time click database to a new server, had a few hiccups, but nothing customer support couldn't help us through. As usual, the customer service is quick to respond and eager to help. Keep it up and we'll be a customer for a long time.

Overall: TimeClick is easy to use on the client side and has been a very stable product, from an IT perspective. The user interface is not complicated, or cluttered. Our billing manager is able to consistently access reports and manage users with ease. Support has always been very helpful ( the handful of times I've ever had to call ) and have quickly addressed any items that have come up with the program, which has typically been during upgrading the product to input a new license key. Great product.

Comments: Our small law firm has utilized TimeClick for all of our timekeeping needs for approximately two and one half years now and it has been exactly what we were looking for. TimeClick is perfect for any small business looking for a more efficient and better timekeeping method that is not going to break the bank and does not require an advanced degree. TimeClick was easy to install and incredibly easy to use. We just downloaded the main program on our server and then put the local installation on the individual employee's computers. At the end of the pay period, we simply print out the payroll report and send it to our payroll company. It is just that easy. It also aides us in tracking paid time off as it has a function for that as well. Thus, we can properly identify what were hours actually worked and what was vacation or sick time so that we do not needlessly pay overtime when the same is not warranted. I am fairly certain the program has paid for itself in this respect. TimeClick also has terrific technical support where you talk to a real person who is responsive to the caller's skillset and who is willing to listen to what you have already attempted before forcing you to repeat steps that have already failed before the call, saving time and energy. I wholeheartedly have and will continue to recommend TimeClick to my clients, colleagues, friends and neighbors. In fact, labor law is one of my specialties and I always recommend TimeClick to my labor law clients who have do not have a good recordkeeping system in place as it is a painless way to aid in complying with the law. You will not be disappointed.

Pros: I like that this system provides multiple reporting options and has a large variety of options for customization. The support staff goes above and beyond to help when necessary.

Cons: It would be helpful to be advised if and when there is an update available. Otherwise, no complaints!

Pros: Tech support is great, always there to help and they have added features our HR department has requested

Cons: Just little things, but nothing with the software itself. HR is always wanting it to do somehting else and you guys(non gender specific) are always willing to listen and have actually added some of our requests.

Comments: The TimeClick staff was extremely helpful. It was a seamless integration from sales to installation to training. I would highly recommend this product!

Pros: I love that we own TimeClick Software and that it does not require updates or maintenance to use. It was very cost-effective to purchase and required very little training to incorporate into our practice.

Cons: There is nothing about this product that I would change. I couldn't be happier with my decision to purchase TimeClick!

Pros: This software is excellent! It took HR and non-exempt employees no time at all to figure out how to use it. It is easy to use and accurate. The reports are comprehensive and clearly print necessary and pertinent information based on what it is you need. It makes processing payroll easy and quick. It only takes a couple of clicks to make adjustments to employee's time when necessary; for instance, if the employee forgets to clock in/out for lunch. So easy! After many years of using traditional time cards and a time clock, this is a breath of fresh air! Customer Service is excellent. From day one we have received great service. We can call or email anytime and get answers we need.

Cons: There is really nothing so far that we do not like; or maybe we just have not discovered it yet. We are very pleased with the software.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you are debating whether or not to purchase the software, start with the 30-day trial. Our company used it, loved it, and we were able to work out a couple of small kinks before going live. This gave our employees a chance to try this software and give us feedback. The great thing about this is, all of the information that was entered during the trial defaults once you go live. There is not need to re-enter everything. In our opinion, this software is definitely worth the investment.

Pros: What a time saver. We were looking for a long time for a good scheduling so this was a godsend for us. It has all the features we were looking for us. Having this software in up to 5 locations for a modest cost. It integrates with QuickBooks. Very easy to use, loved the report features and how employees can manage their time offs and the like.

Cons: We really didn't find any cons perse. We just didn't realized that our Payroll company already had something comparable so we didn't had to make the expense.

Pros: Simple interface, positive feedback and visual statuses so you knew if your actions took effect and simple reporting.

Cons: Our version required thick client installation, would like to have seen a web client. Large employee counts require searching for the name to clock-in or out.

Overall: Running this software in an office with 40-50 hourly staff was quite painless. The software was quick to install and the reporting was efficient for payroll to process. Larger organizations with more staff may need a more feature rich solution or upgrade to a higher package.

Cons: When modifying times for an employee it would be more efficient to see all the in and outs for the pay period worked instead of opening one date at a time.

Overall: We have been very happy with the customer support that came with Time Click esp with Bryan B. The software is quite simple to use and perfect for our company size. I would have liked to see all the dates and hours worked for an employee in one snapshot when modify times instead of having to open each day separately.

Pros: It is very user-friendly. It is very simple to modify times as the administrator. I like the holiday, paid time off, and vacation features. I only have to enter total hours instead of starting and ending times. The TimeClick personnel are very nice and friendly. They are knowledgeable. The great thing is that they are based in the United States. TimeClick is a local company, which is one of the biggest concerns I always have when dealing with software. Being a local company is a huge benefit and was a big reason why we purchased the software.

Cons: It is unfortunate that we have to have the computer on all the time. We've had a few instances where the employees could not access the software, also. I have had to walk them through updating the IP address.

Recommendations to other buyers: Don't be afraid to contact TimeClick. A few times, I struggled when all I needed to do is call or email. It was such a simple situation, but unfortunately, I wasted too much time on it before calling. I would suggest purchasing the support for at least the first year. It is inexpensive and worth it.

Pros: TimeClick allows our employees to sign in and sign out when they are done with their daily activities. It contains the best features that enables us to manage time and our track our employees.

Cons: No cons at all. TimeClick has amazing features that any organization owner can never resist.

Overall: I can urge all the potential customers of this tool to start using it because it is incredible. It will help them manage time well.

Pros: It's easy to use. Our computer IT person was out stuck when I needed to load the TimeClick software on a workstation. I called technical support and they were able to walk me through the process. It's great to get such a quick response. Thank you!

Pros: This was a great solution to a time clock that allows our remote employees to log in as well as everyone else in the building without having a time clock in a central location. We have been able to quickly access support when we have had to replace a computer that required a new installation of the product.

Cons: That's hard to say, because I really like the product and haven't found anything that I didn't like.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you are looking for a simple streamlined time tracking tool, this is it! Highly recommend it!

Pros: The customer service support has been very helpful and easy to work with. They are great about answering questions and showing you other uses within the system. It was affordable and simple to use. I was worried that it would take a great deal of time to set up and begin using...but it was easy and the customer support was very helpful. I especially like that I can use the on-line support for quick questions and they respond to me right away.

Cons: I do not really have a complaint at this time and I have been using the system for over 4 months now. Any new computerized system can be intimidating, but I recommend making good use of the training tools they provide so that you are informed about how to best use the system. If that doesn't work for you the on-line support representatives are very prompt to respond to your questions. They were patient and helped me get my system set up just right for my needs.

Recommendations to other buyers: Do your homework first. Understand what functions you really want for your business needs and then begin looking for systems that match up with your needs. Remember that any system you choose should save you time and headaches in the end, and be a great support to your record keeping.

Pros: very easy to install and use , report feature and Customer service very guys are very helpful

Cons: we used this software for 6 Months .

No Major issues but sometimes the software stop responding and we have to restart

Comments: A while back I had suggestion for a future update and passed it along to the support team. They listened! The update is live in the new version. Very responsive!

Pros: The support team is excellent. I rarely need them, but when I do, they go above and beyond. They also take the time to make sure you are up to date on new features.

Cons: In the older version, I found modifying times a bit tedious, but the new version seems to have addressed this issue.

Pros: This product is good for companies that are well spread out and don't communication directly with every department. The office is able to see if warehouse members are here, and warehouse members are able to see if Sales members are here. I like that it doesn't need the internet to work. It all goes off an administrator computer. The administrator can access the administrator mode off any computer. If an employee is late to work or tries to leave early, everyone can view TimeClick to see the in/out times.

Cons: The only thing I don't like about TimeClick is that if you don't set up TimeClick to save your files to a backups, you can lose everything. I accidentally deleted an employee and wanted to retrieve all the information on that employee, and it was wiped clean from just deleting an employee.

Recommendations to other buyers: Never delete an employee. You need to just use the termination section instead. It keeps all the information on TimeClick, but you don't have to look at their name on the main screen.

Comments: Good tool for managing office employee time. Our management team also use this for recording their timings. It works good. We did not see any issue with this tool.

Pros: Timeclick helps with managing employee office in and out timings. It helps a lot with review employee time and see if they are staying in office for 8 hours daily or not. Time logs can be exported to file ad can be reviewed by management team easily. it helps keeping employees accountable for their office timings.

Recommendations to other buyers: This tool allows people to manage their time effectively. Using the tool people add their in and out time and make sure they spend enough time in the office. So it makes all of us accountable for our time.

Pros: Ease of use and simple to load on computers.

Cons: Just the few things that I mentioned in my comments.

Overall: So for so good. A few interesting little nuances to learn but simple enough. Selecting the correct date when editing time can be a challenge because it defaults to the last pay period. Also, it would be nice to have a time exception report, so that fixes to missed or duplicate clock-ins could be fixed before the report is printed.

Recommendations to other buyers: Letting employees not adjust there reasons why they could not clock in but have the need for a supervisor.

Pros: Easy to use. Has many features, even though my organization does not need all. I paid an one time fee to buy the software rather than using the subscription and the price was reasonable.

Cons: There really isn't anything negative about it. If I had to come up with one I suppose not being able to choose to sort by both first name and last name is one. Otherwise, the software does what it's intended to do.

Pros: TimeClick does an awesome job of helping me keep track of my real estate side jobs. They're not very predictable, so this helps me gather all the hours I need to get paid.

Cons: There are a bunch of free apps on my phone that do similar tasks in a more simple fashion. It's not really worth the price.

Pros: After a lot of careful product comparison, we made a smart choice with TimeClick. Installation was simple and safe and this time tracking system is easy for our employees and administration to use. We especially love that each employee can clock in and out at their own workstation desktop. I can't say enough about the helpful, precise and cheerful customer support! It is so refreshing to speak with a pleasant voice when having my questions answered!

Cons: I have no complaints or issues at all. There have been no problems or concerns since we began using TimeClick almost ten months ago.

Recommendations to other buyers: TimeClick time tracking system is easy for our employees to use, the administrative reports are a valuable tool for any type of business.

Pros: The support team is awesome. It is so nice not having to buy special timecards and deal with time clocks breaking down.

Cons: The inability to print reports is the worst thing about the product. Upon setup, the employee number, job description, etc. are input, but the employee number does not print on the timecard. Also, I took the time to input all the workman comp codes as employee description to print a report for our workman's comp audit. The program doesn't have that ability. Additionally, there is no way to hide a terminated employee from view on the main screen. I want to keep the information, but I don't want a long list of employees.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you want time clock software that has the functionality to run reports needed for reporting purposes, this is not the program for you. It keeps time very well, the reports are crisp (although they waste a lot of paper), and should you ever need support, you can't ask for a better team.
