Pros It is pretty straightforward to use and implementation was simple. The reporting is detailed, but simple and it's easy to pull the specific information you need without over or under filtering. The customer service is great too. You actually talk to a local person that makes sure you're comfortable with the solution before you're done with your call. Cons As a manager, I like TimeClick and think it's easy to use, but my employees have issues submitting for time corrections. I also wish it could be used by remote employees, but it cannot due to being tied to internal IP address.
