My impression of this product gets better with time. I chose it and its so good to be right!!!!!

Pros

TimeClick is brilliant value, simple to use and it just keeps on working. TimeClick does exactly what we need and has payed for itself many times over. It really helps multiple users across the network run our business. The TimeClick technical support is excellent.

Cons

A bit tricky changing from one computer to another but technical support were very helpful.

We always had trouble keeping track of personal business time. This product had a big impact on that issue.

Pros

Timeclick is very easy for the employees to use. This leads to more accurate time recording and quick entry.

Cons

The reports on the older version were minimal and setting time ranges etc. were laborious. We are in the process of updating to the newest version. Based on the videos it looks like there have been many improvements since our version.

Overall its good, able to access a lot of features. There are some issues with the admin section - if I choose the 22nd - 30th, I might not get all the information from the 22nd, so I need to choose from the 21st. Sometimes editing the time of an employee who forgot to check in/out completely messes up the previous day for some reason.

Pros

Kiosk mode - a lot of other services have the user being able to check in from their phones/devices. We prefer to have all of our employees check in from the office (that has a security camera) to reduce false/fraudulent check-ins/outs

Cons

The sync feature doesn't seem to capture all the information when there is an outage. We have had outages locally (power/internet) and have had TimeClick outages where the local iPad information did not capture all of our transactions.

Manages our employees time punches accurately.

Pros

We were pushed against a wall when our previous software became monthly subscription. We are a small organization but need a program with lots of administrative options. TimeClick was best of the choices. We have been using several years without a hitch.

Cons

I have no complaints. Runs without a hitch.

Pros

Pretty easy to use. Functions are nice. I am sure there is a lot more that could work for me that I do not know about.

Cons

There have been a few bugs over the years which do get worked out. The software has become really slow to respond. You are not the only one but there is a programing error in the calculations. It should no longer round when it is totaling the daily column for total hours worked in the pay period.

I really like the system, it saves time. The support staff is always so great to work with. They are knowledgeable and helpful. They take the time to make sure you are happy with the results.

Pros

So easy to use for employees and accounting staff! I love the new option to approve time off requests through the system. Saves us time and we don't miss any requests in email!

Cons

I would like more options on formatting my own reports.

Originally we were manually keeping hours, and counting hours. TimeClick has allowed us to easily see and download hourly reports, fix problems with hours and keep our employees honest.

Pros

This software has been perfect for our business, it has help streamline employee hours and the accounting associated with it. We are very thankful to have found TimeClick.

Cons

There have been a few "glitches" over the years, but we have called and received help. Issues have been resolved very quickly. This might be a PRO.

Price, and TimeClick had exactly what we need, with no extras that we would have to pay for.

Great! I'm still finding out all the ins and outs of using it. Would like to see it compatible with Sage program.

Pros

I like its ease of use, especially to our employees. It separates and tracks the different departments for use in audits and as an absence tracker. Employees have access to their times to use in their job reports daily

Cons

I would like the option of adding program on more than 3 computers(1 server and 2 desks) with a fair add on price.

The technical support team is great. We just recently upgraded to the newest version of the software. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] answered the technical support line immediately and helped put a plan together for us to migrate off the old software and offered to install the new version for us.

Pros

Simple, user-friendly interface for the users. Easy to use admin tools and reporting.

Cons

We've been using Timeclick for several years and have had no issues.

Since going hourly this is the only software we have used and it seems to be okay for us at this time.

Pros

I like being able to see each employees last clock in/out on the dashboard.

Cons

The updated version reports I find confusing because I have to search for the report I need and the older version seemed much simpler. I don't like how the other hours are not calculated into the overtime. Again, maybe I am missing something on one of the reports.

Overall experience with TimeClick has been good. We look forward to your software being capable of GPS tracking and also being able to use TimeClick on cell phones. To be honest if it wasn't for your sales representative, Grant Esser we would have been stuck and not able to utilize your features as needed and may not have continued past the first week in the trial period. He was absolutely wonderful in explaining all the features and offered great advice. We greatly appreciate his time and patience.

Pros

Our company utilized the 21 day trial and was pretty happy with the features of tracking In and Outs and saving us time by communicating with other software that we use in the office such as QuickBooks, Excel and our dinosaur of a time clock machine that we are trying to do away with.

Cons

As much as we enjoyed the features of TimeClick unfortunately your software does not work with GPS tracking and cell phone cloud base software that is a must in our industry. It was brought to our attention by your representative that this is a feature that is coming in 2020. Please do let us know when that time comes as we would be interested in partnering again. Thank you!

It works great for how we use it. Customer service has been awesome to work with the few times I have called in.

Pros

TimeClick is easy to use and customer service is friendly and helpful when I call in.

Cons

We only use it for employees to clock in and out and to run their time sheets. The rest of the payroll is done in our main office. I have had no problems with TimeClick so I cannot say there is anything that I don't like about it.

We originally were using manual time cards. I know, stone age (some 10 years ago or so). TimeClick does all the work for us log in, log out, reports.

Pros

TimeClick is simple to use. It's easy for administrator and employees to see . I like the messaging capabilities. When I log on it is one of the first things I see. Another thing that we all like is knowing how long until we reach 40 hours.

Cons

Gosh, can't think of anything that is a problem.

TimeClick has stayed consistent through the years so even with other systems changing the employees feel the process is consistent.

Pros

The system is very easy for anyone to log in for starting\\ending work or even for checking their own hours. Admin has a wide range of data to us but very very easy to get the info needed.

Cons

I would love for it to have a setting for auto clock out after 14 hours or longer.

Pros

I love the fact that we can instantly see who is here and when they arrived from a PC screen. It also has automated the calculations that we used to do by hand. We came from an old traditional timeclock with punch cards. By using the scan badges, we have eliminated that cost as well as picked up savings from increased productivity in our office. I also like the ability to see history for employees.

Cons

The timeclock seems to run more slowly when the PC that it is tied to is not on. Other than that, I really don't have a functional issues with it.

Overall, it is a valuable tool to assist us with a small staff of hourly employees.

Pros

I like that I can view daily timeclock activity for each user, run customized reports at any time, and make adjustments easily.

Cons

I do not like that I cannot track and manage non-standard hours, i.e. overtime, holiday, vacation, etc. so that no overages are permitted without authorization. This would be a great feature to have.

Pros

We have been using this software to track our employee's hours for 2 years. We have not had any complaints and the few issues that we have encountered, have been quickly corrected by their able and friendly support team.

Cons

No complaints at all. The software is easily maneuvered and corrections to the forgetting to clock in and clock out are corrected without a lot of problems

Using this at our convenience stores for all employees to clock in and out. Getting the reports and setting up departments to track hours in different departments is very easy.

Pros

This software is very user friendly and provides various functionality to set up the type of reporting you are looking for. IT is very much worth the money.

Cons

I don't like the fact that the hours are not exportable into an Excel or other type format.

When I first took over this hotel the staff were writing down their times on a piece of paper. This makes it easy to track hours/sick time/requests off and any other adjustments that might be needed.

Pros

I find the staff enjoys the convenience of being able to look at their times. They also use the request off and find it convenient to use. I enjoy the Admin. I find it very user friendly.

Cons

Not knowing when something isn't working.

So for so good. A few interesting little nuances to learn but simple enough. Selecting the correct date when editing time can be a challenge because it defaults to the last pay period. Also, it would be nice to have a time exception report, so that fixes to missed or duplicate clock-ins could be fixed before the report is printed.

Pros

Ease of use and simple to load on computers.

Cons

Just the few things that I mentioned in my comments.

Beginning with our initial contact with the sales team/customer support the whole process has been amazing! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and available to answer any and all questions. Wonderful customer service.

Pros

What I liked most about the software was being able to edit and view times easily. The auto-lunch deduction was also a great feature. Overall it was very user friendly and fit exactly what we were looking for.

Cons

We've been so pleased with the software I can't think of anything I don't like about the product.

There aren't any questions on an employees time. It is in black and white. No guessing - no "I forgot to write it down", etc. Streamlines the payroll process.

Pros

It is so easy to use. The reports are great. If you have to edit anything, that is very easily done.

Cons

Every so often when our tech people do some kind of update I have to call and get it working again. But that is very rare and it is always quickly fixed.

We needed an affordable way to get away from easily manipulated manual time cards. TimeClick has far exceeded our expectations. Payroll loves it.

Pros

The software is packed with features that you would expect to cost much more. The PTO and other time tracking has made our "tracking books" obsolete.

Cons

Updates for me never work. I have do download directly and reinstall. It's not hard just a little less convenient.

We now can have a time clock in multiple store locations. Managers can see what is going on at their own PC.

Pros

Easy to use for employees. Great Reporting options and flexibility with good canned reports and export to excel. Easy to set up new employees.

Cons

It won't do my laundry for me but everything else is great.
