Pros

This software is easy to use. We probably only use the most basic functions, but for a small business of about 12 full time & part time employees, we have had no issues with it. I have been doing the payroll for about a year using TimeClick and I find it easy to make any necessary changes and obtain reports.

Cons

There is nothing that I dislike about this software so far.

Was very easy to use and would recommend for small business as a simple, easy to use inexpensive option.

Pros

Very easy yo use, good reporting functionality, good support, offers a lot for the money, no per person fees.

Cons

You can outgrow it, no App, using a biometric timeclock with it not possible and a few other advanced features available in more expensive options that you need as you get larger.

Very good overall experience with TImeClick

Pros

TimeClick Is a good time tracking software. I have been using it for a number of years without any issues. The employees are able to enter a password to sign in and not able to see that time check in and checked out. Reports are easily obtained biweekly with a concise summary.

Cons

Not much as it is a good software that is easy-to-use

I needed something easy for people to use and would support two locations. This did that with the data stored at my location

Pros

Very economical and easy to use. Can track sick leave, vacation, bereavement, but especially like having a "other" for those things that don't fit other categories

Cons

Continues to display employees no longer with organization on the clock in page unless they are deleted

The ease at which the employee can punch in and out. Very user friendly

Cons

Every time there is a update the reports change. We use the reports for our payroll but the order changes therefore we have to change the program we read the reports into. This cause problems with time and making sure the reports are correct. Please to not change the order of the reports.

I call it my Magic time clock, as it has helped my employees be on time! The ability to make reports in different configurations, the time by decimals. The OT reports.

Pros

The ease of my employees logging in from any computer in the office.

Cons

The down time when there is the renewal period. I do need some improvement on Double time reports, or maybe I need to learn how to better use the software.

Before Timeclick, we used written time cards. Timeclick has leveled the playing field for all staff and added a level of accuracy to our time keeping and payroll process we have never had before.

Pros

This program is easy for staff to use and provides me, the library director, excellent reports for payroll and for tracking staff habits many different ways.

Cons

There is nothing I don't like about this product.

Have been using it for years. It is great low cost way of getting accurate time on workers. An end to people lying about their time.

Pros

How I could put it on a computer and easily set up a time clock with any old machine

Cons

The auto barcode setup would sometimes crash and I’d have to set it up again before anyone could click in or out.

The time clock I bought was too complicated.

Pros

It's easy for employees to use. Reports are easily generated to process payroll and track time off.

Cons

I would love it if the software could track if an employee is consistently late or send an alert if an employee forgets to clock in or clock out. It would be great to have on-line access to reports.

This was the best purchase our office has made. The software is easy to use and has a lot of nice features we were unable to find with other programs.

Pros

The customer service is second to none. The software is the best out there for the price.

Cons

No complaints really...there were a couple of times where we had to contact support but just for minor glitches that were easy to fix

The staff is average in helping with a problem

Pros

It can be downloaded and used without outside vendors wanting to sell me a payroll service

Cons

It keeps dropping services on my computers and I have to revert to hand written time cards for my employees. That is not why I purchased the product. I wanted a way that was simple and ACCURATE for time keeping

Pros

The software has been running years now without any downtime. I had to have some simple report explanations at first but now it simply runs without issue.

Cons

If an employee forgets to clock out on any given day they don't show up on the weekly report I need to create payroll. I usually don't realize this until I am trying to create payroll.

Pros

The 2019 version is way better than the earlier versions and I like that I can send messages within the software and really love that I can do mass entries without going into each employee account.

Cons

This software does give you the ability to look at the dashboard and see everyone's current time but it can the PTO feature is not great.

Pros

It is easy for my staff to use from multiple locations and easily see if they have punched in for the day. They can write me notes if needed about tardiness

Cons

The bi weekly payroll has changed with the last upgrade and it does not hold the dates so I am constantly double guessing the correct dates of payroll

Pros

Time click has helped us save time processing payroll. In the past we had time cards that had to be manually adjusted.

Cons

I would like Time Click to remove the suggested Clock in or Clock out button and make my employee choose what they are doing. If an employee forgets to clock out at night then the next morning they will Clock out instead of clocking in and this will continue for days usually until they actually notice. This requires manual adjustment at payroll processing time.

We replaced a mechanical time clock with TimeClick. We have been able to expand employee work -information managed to a better understanding. It has also reduced variances in arrival/departure of employees.

Pros

Easy to use helps with scheduling and with managing employee work time

Cons

can be a unsettling first few uses as the cognitive feedback on "you did it right" is limited.

I’ve been using timeclick for 5 years and it’s been nothing but a great experience. They’re always updating the software and adding new features. A low annual fee support contract keeps the software updated and technical issues and questions resolved quickly.

Pros

It’s an easy to use program. It’s simple and works exactly for what’s I need it for.

I like how easy it was to set up and start using. Customer service is also quick to respond which is key. Being a small business, we don't have a lot of time free to waste waiting.
