Pros

Time Click is extremely user friendly and makes doing payroll a breeze.

Cons

I cannot think of any cons...If I had to choose one, it would be learning all the ins and out of the software. But I think that is more my fault as I have not taken the time to learn it and utilize the software to its potential.

Pros

This software has exactly what I need with our all the extra unneeded features

Cons

that I have to upgrade all of the individual workstation as they do not update automatically. Also sometimes I need to refresh in order to see all of the up-to-date employee entries

Pros

We have used this product for years. Very user friendly and reasonably priced. Great customer support.

Cons

Didn't like the recent upgrade/changes as there were a lot of changes to learn, but then I am an "old dog".

Pros

Doesn't need internet or wifi to use and is very basic clock in and clock out. Adds up each staff members hours in an bi-weekly report. Easy to add staff and to edit. Has a nice comment feature also for staff to leave a message.

Cons

There should be a time-out if staff forgets to clock out.

TimeClick has saved our club countless hours. Payroll used to be very time-consuming. Now it just takes minutes. Plus it is very accurate. The old time card system was not accurate at all.

Pros

The software is very user-friendly. Customer support is very good.

Cons

The most challenging thing about the software is setting it up on a smart phone.

It’s great

Pros

Automation process in calculating employees time and ability to produce reports quickly

Cons

When server computer is down or when it updates the software you have to enter the configuration and IP address process on all workstations. Since the upgrade we haven’t had this problem anymore.

Every so often it doesn’t show right away when someone clocks in. Also, on reporting is has not given me OT time sometimes so I have to manually calculate.

It does the basic job of keeping time for users.

Pros

It's very user friendly and simple to work. Except when you make entry mistakes.

Cons

When an entry mistake is made only admin can fix it and it does not allow the user to amend entry. For example if we clock in and when we clock out in a hurry it may take the entry as a clock-in again and that creates an error in the user -employee hours report. An alert should be given to user to fix their time entry.

Pros

In all honesty, there is nothing I don't like about Time Click.

Pros

This software offers great bang for the buck! I good solution for a small/medium size company - affordable and flexible enough for California's extensive labor laws.

Cons

Latest interface is much better but could still use some streamlining.

User friendly for employees to use daily

Cons

Very slow on our system and gets hung up where employees cannot clock in and out. I have to go in and manually correct their time.

Pros

Love the upgraded version. So user friendly! Ease for employees in sending messages, calculating hours, requesting vacation/sick time! Makes payroll a snap! Fixing employees times also easy!

Cons

When I have had issues I found customer service difficult to speak to an actual person.

I have had a great experience with time click , It helps me find errors of over payment and underpayment.

Pros

I can always go back and make sure an employee is paid, it calculates all hours for me so I know exactly how to pay out vacation .

Cons

It use to calculate the days that they didn't work, I used that feature to count how many days employees took off without pay. It had a place for me to write why they took off.

Time Click saves us a tremendous amount of time. Before we started using it we had the old time clock. And every payroll I had to figure every day and wekk for each employee. This is so much easier and time saving.

Pros

TimeClick is very easy to use. we literally have not had any issues until our recent problem. When I had the issue last week our rep was very efficient and helpful

Cons

The thing that I like lease is that I paid for a quick under 1 minute fix. It would be nice if the charge was based on the time spent.

Ease of use and helpful support when needed.

Cons

They don't offer a package for 5 to 8 users. We occasionally have 5 or 6 part-time employees, and are limited to 4 with the lite plan. It's not cost effective to upgrade to the next plan for the few times it is needed.

Recently moved the time click database to a new server, had a few hiccups, but nothing customer support couldn't help us through. As usual, the customer service is quick to respond and eager to help. Keep it up and we'll be a customer for a long time.

THE LACK OF SUPPORT ONCE YOU NO LONGER UPDATE WITH WINDOWS. WE ARE AN OLD 48YO COMPANY SO WE USE DOS SOFTWARE. THE FANCY WINDOWS UPGRADES DONT HELP OR APPLY TO US, YET WE STILL PAY YEARLY AS THOUGH THEY DO.
