Pros Ease of use. Easy for those that clock in and out. Cons Not able to customize lunch schedule. Clock in and out does not have a schedule to automatically clock out at end of day. Now the vacation/sick/PTO time is clear is identifiable. Before she strictly relied on Outlook to provide the information on who was abusing the time off, who was late, etc. Pros These ease and flexibility of the software.
