The review consolidation feature and word bubbles feature are my favorites, which give an overall picture of the customer response in a single snapshot. Simple to use and very relevant analytics to gauge the customer experience. The support team is also very helpful Cons Nothing major serves our use case perfectly, A nice to have feature improvement would be around smarter NLP (natural language processing).
