They provide all the possible support from their end also assists to integrate and migrate the infra. Pros We have used ace cloud three years, the best part is their technical support and helping nature to resolve the issue. Also they provide the infrastructure in optimal costs as compare to others. Cons Since they are using still Nginx proxy manager, sometimes we are facing difficulity to configure routing for each paths this will take longer time. Pros We deployed VDI solutions from Ace cloud hosting last year during covid crisis. More than half the strength of the company was operating from home and as a result we deployed VDI solutions and more than 200 users were given free 1 month POC and after 1 month we were very satisfied with the solutions and IT support of the company. They respond within minutes of my query and are always willing to assist. Pros Accessing Accounting system and the ability to work with Windows 11. Cons Doesn't have the ability to automatically be used on different monitors/screens. Most people have more than 2 monitors now... I have 5 and it only being able to be on one monitor was insanity.
