Based on other buyer's searches, these are the products that could be a good fit for you.
A product’s price can vary greatly based on features needed, support or training required, and customization requests. Some vendors want a chance to talk to you before being ruled out for pricing. When you find a product that fits your needs, you should talk to the vendor to figure out what they can offer.
Kaseya Quote Manager Reviews
Pros
The ease of use and how easy it is to build and maintain quote templates. This is by far the single feature that sets it apart from any other quoting tool.
Overall, better than any other tool we have used in the past. They are continuing to fix issues and enhance the capabilities which will make us a long term customer.
It's great that it integrates with both Xero and Autotask. It's nice that it integrates all our suppliers into one portal and it does make quoting simpler along with provision of product information.
I like the ease of being able to use this software.
Cons
It has a very rigid and non-forgiving workflow. There is no simple way to undo/reverse steps.
There is no control over what vendors are displayed in the system - you have to take every vendor from your distributors product feed.
There is no practical control over Featured Products - so if you sell a few toners these will become "Featured Products.
It can email out quotes, but there is no record of those emails, you can't create or modify the email templates, you can't even CC.
"Solid Product, Pays for it's self if you use it right"
Overall: Super quick quoting and procurement. I quoted and sold a new office pc for a cutomer in under 5 mins last week.
Pros: gluh makes it easy to see who has product and prices. I've had times where I'm managed to save hundreds on stock. being able to quote in under a minute and from my phone allows me to sell quickly and easy. having templates in place helps with the standardisation of products sold and all quotes look the same.
Cons: For purchase orders and invocies it uses it's own numbers rather than xero's
"Decent Quoting/Procurement Platform"
Pros: It is heaps less frustrating than doing the same functions within Autotask. The program itself and workflow is a simplified in a nice non-cluttered way so I can focus on what matters.
Cons: It has a very rigid and non-forgiving workflow. There is no simple way to undo/reverse steps. Once you click "Approve" or if a customer changes their mind, there is no way to remediate it directly from Commerce and additional steps will be required in Autotask and/or Quickbooks.
"Early Days"
Overall: Overall I would say it was an ok product.
Pros: The ease with which we could quote and invoice a customer
Cons: The overall configuration and integration with autotask needs to be adapted.
"Switch to Commerce"
Pros: I find that with Commerce, it's quick and easy to create quotes
Cons: I can't think of anything that comes to mind
"Commerce has moved us to the future"
Pros: Integration for suppliers to update our product suite without any input from us means we no longer have to look in each suppliers website to compare pricing.
Cons: Would love to see the ability to have content blocks in templates to allow us to add more complex detail to proposals/quotes. It’s something we feel is missing and means we continue to use Panda Doc as well as Datto Commerce.
