Cons Would love to see the ability to have content blocks in templates to allow us to add more complex detail to proposals/quotes. It’s something we feel is missing and means we continue to use Panda Doc as well as Datto Commerce. The program itself and workflow is a simplified in a nice non-cluttered way so I can focus on what matters. Cons It has a very rigid and non-forgiving workflow. There is no simple way to undo/reverse steps. Once you click "Approve" or if a customer changes their mind, there is no way to remediate it directly from Commerce and additional steps will be required in Autotask and/or Quickbooks.
