When I login to my accounts, I don't encounter any issues with the process. Cons I had a bit of difficulty setting up the software; unable to successfully link mobile phone number with my account. And adds a level of security when working from home. IT added the APP to my phone and it is very fast and simple to use. Cons Don't have any Cons at this time. Pros I used this software at my job when I have to reset the password for my email or my knowledge hub. I like it and it's really quick and easy to reset the password. Cons At first, when I started using this software it was really confusing and I could not figure out how to reset the software.
