Une équipe dévouée et un service impeccable. Cleed.ai a pu nous permettre de libérer notre service client, tout en augmentant notre conversion et réduisant notre taux de retours. Ce que j'ai vraiment apprécié, c'est que nous avons pu personnaliser le produit, afin qu'il soit parfaitement adapté à notre branding. J'ai été très surprise lorsque j'ai découvert toutes les applications qu'ils pouvaient offrir au sein d'un même chatbot. Nos clients peuvent désormais trouver des réponses à leurs questions plus rapidement grâce au chat en direct, aux arbres de décision personnalisés ou en parlant directement avec l'un de nos vendeurs en vidéo, ou sur WhatsApp Business. Je recommande vivement.
