We are only human and everything comes with it's own hurdles but I don't have any bad enough experiences to say there is something negative. I calls from other payroll services but I tell them we are happy with CHR. Pros Excellent customer support. Both by email and by phone when it is an emergency. Always adding to the HR functions which is helpful. Cons I still have not mastered the art of creating reports but my HR colleague does it quite well. I ask support to create what I need frankly. The way the PTO appears on a pay stub can be confusing. We transitioned our 401k Plan (Empower) and our Payroll and they work very well together. Pros They onboard and train the employer well. They respond quickly to payroll and HR questions. Software offers all the payroll bells & whistles. We've had great customer service from them. Employee portal gets good reviews from our employees. Cons The Registration / Verification process for employees getting on the portals was a little clunky for us. I've been asked to switch vendors many times, but we have stayed loyal because their customer service and ease of use make it a no-brainer. Cons Sometimes I'm a bit overwhelmed with exactly how much is on there. I probably only use 30% of the site because I'm just not familiar enough with all of the ins and outs of it.
