Overall, I've had a very positive experience with Centrally HR and recommend this product.

Pros

What I like most about Centrally HR is the ease of use. It's is extremely user friendly and intuitive. This product has made my life easier!! Another aspect about why I like it is the customer service I receive if I do need help with anything. Great product, & great service. Recommend whole heartedly!

Cons

There isn't much I don't like about this product. Onboarding to use was more of a process than I realized it was going to be.

A fantastic, smooth transition. So easy to work with and all questions answered.

Pros

The thing I like most is the staff. My contact, Christy, is always so helpful, explains everything clearly and gets back to me right away. The training staff were amazing! We still have some things we are still learning and looking forward to adding in the scheduling piece.

Cons

I have some older staff that won't use the app.

Overall, very satisfied. It has taken a little time to get set up due to the initial startup. However, our set up is just about complete and the set up is looking good.

Pros

The information access for employees, payroll processing and the ability to manipulate reports to streamline information flow.

Cons

Some of the system setups. The system seems to be timesheet driven not payroll driven. That is an issue when changes made occur in payroll and not through the timesheets.

Often times the customer service representative will fix things for me and I still don't know what to do to correct the error.
