May 9, 2025 5.0 Overall, I've had a very positive experience with Centrally HR and recommend this product. Pros What I like most about Centrally HR is the ease of use. It's is extremely user friendly and intuitive. This product has made my life easier!! Another aspect about why I like it is the customer service I receive if I do need help with anything. Great product, & great service. Recommend whole heartedly! Cons There isn't much I don't like about this product. Onboarding to use was more of a process than I realized it was going to be. So easy to work with and all questions answered. Pros The thing I like most is the staff. My contact, Christy, is always so helpful, explains everything clearly and gets back to me right away. The training staff were amazing! We still have some things we are still learning and looking forward to adding in the scheduling piece. However, our set up is just about complete and the set up is looking good. Pros The information access for employees, payroll processing and the ability to manipulate reports to streamline information flow. Cons Some of the system setups. Additionally, during our interactions with ADP representatives, we encountered challenges in obtaining timely and comprehensive support, which raised concerns about the level of customer service we could expect in the long term.
