It's a relatively easy system to use and learn. It would be nice to give us more ability to customize the web embedding features. **Pros:** Ease of use and webforms. I also like the fact that it allows workflows, allowing us to have multiple people complete a form. **Cons:** The way that pdf's are built. It would be nice to create a nice pdf document layout by default and then would allow us to modify if we don't like. I also wish it was easier to find help documents. Whenever I google issues, it seems like I have to dig for what I'm looking for.
