They don't need to go to the office to drop the new contracts. I have many offices in the country so I was blind and dependent because all sales information was on paper. Now I can see them real time and make dashboard reports, integrate slack alerts every time a sale is made and find and correct easily mistakes or wrong information. Now I can control what offers and discounts are available to my sales team on real time I can make my managers accountable if they approved wrong discounts My clients now have their contracts in their mailboxes right after the information is provisioned in my systems. Pros My sales force is older people not used to technology, with platoforms I gave them the same visual design that they were accustomed. Easy and fast deployment to production. They respond quickly to inquiries, even though we are in very different time zones. They are eager to help, even when the issue is something I caused. They are open to feature requests and always adding something new. Pros Great product. They have awesome customer service. They are very responsive. We require HIPAA compliance and it is hard to find a product at this price that is priced like this with this level of customer service. " April 23, 2021 4.0 Platoforms helped us collect valuable online form data during this pandemic. PlatoForms has empowered me to create multiple forms for my Operations and Academic Departments. The benefits are multi-fold: 1. Time saved in creating online forms 2. Paper-based forms are mirrored perfectly by their online version 3. Convenience of receiving the PDF end-products 4. Chat Support was extremely valuable and helpful in helping me solve many of my queries and code issues. I highly recommend PlatoForms! Pros During the pandemic, my company successfully used Platoforms to create online versions of many process-critical paper forms. The software or service chosen should fulfill these criteria: 1. Easy to design which meant a short development time for creating an online form 2. End-product (PDF) should be exactly like the paper form used in my organization 3. The Centre Manager who issues the form to the test-taker, should immediately and automatically receive the PDF form upon the form-filler's submission 4. A repository to access and retrieve all submissions PlatoForms fulfilled all four criteria. If there was one stand-out feature that I liked most about PlatoForms, it would be its built-in logic engine that allowed me to customize an infinite number of powerful interconnecting rules. For example I could check if an input box contained a certain value before loading the next page. The same logic engine allowed me to create and process variables. This allowed me to create an online placement test that was self-marking. Other honorable mentions of PlatoForms are: a. very responsive chat and support (thank you \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]!) b. able to customize the formatting of the online form via CSS code c. easy to use form-creation interface and UI d. very reliable email system where every form submitted is automatically delivered to my Centre Managers Cons The inability of PlatoForms to split a form into two halves. Be it vertically or horizontally. We had a need to split the screen into two vertical halves when using PlatoForms to create an online test. This would have a quiz question text to be read on the left half of the screen, and the candidate answers on the right for the test-taker to answer. A split-screen format would allow the test-taker to answer the questions without having to scroll up and down the screen. Another feature improvement/suggestion could be making the data inside the input boxes' font sizes show as WYSIWYG inside the form designer itself. As a form designer, I am able to see the true font sizes by examining the CSS code and the PDF final end-product. It would be nicer to have the data appear in their true font sizes when using (inputting) the form itself. Review Source KM Katie M. Pros It is so easy to use. We set up an online application to attract more potential employees. Giving them the ability to fill out all the paperwork at home makes people more willing to use our service. It is easy to set up the forms. Cons You can set up the form to match same fields. This way an address only needs to be entered once and so forth. The problem is, you have to write down the field number of every field you want to match. This gets to be very time consuming. Submission is real-time. Cons You aren't able to edit the uploaded PDF from within the product. There is no way to speak to a real human being with questions or concerns. Although they claim 24 hour turnaround for questions via email/chat, that rarely happens. Very difficult to discuss anything with anyone from Platoforms. I would say that service is questionable at best. But if they continue to improve on the product, it will be worth it. And the form comes to me looking exactly like the printed form that other users turn in. Pros The drag and drop feature makes this easy for beginners like me. I really like how easy it is for users to fill out forms that we've made with PlatoForms. I created the form or the fillable pdf on the PlatoForms Website and then make a link to the PlatoForm I created, and users make one click and then start filling it out. I also like how easily I can have the form results sent to the different departments that need the various forms (via email). Cons If you notice a mistake on your original pdf once you've started creating your online form, it seems you have to start over. I haven't found a way to change the uploaded pdf but to keep the text form boxes in place or to where I can move them over the new form to the correct spot.
