They don't need to go to the office to drop the new contracts. I have many offices in the country so I was blind and dependent because all sales information was on paper. Now I can see them real time and make dashboard reports, integrate slack alerts every time a sale is made and find and correct easily mistakes or wrong information. Now I can control what offers and discounts are available to my sales team on real time I can make my managers accountable if they approved wrong discounts My clients now have their contracts in their mailboxes right after the information is provisioned in my systems. Pros My sales force is older people not used to technology, with platoforms I gave them the same visual design that they were accustomed. Easy and fast deployment to production. Easy edition to add new features or correct mistakes and deploy again to production Logic made it easy to calculate fields, and put rules for some fields. Workflow gave my team an easy way to authorize every step of the process and have a copy. What's more is that you can easily save the web forms into PDFs are needed which saves a lot of hassle. They respond quickly to inquiries, even though we are in very different time zones. They are eager to help, even when the issue is something I caused. They are open to feature requests and always adding something new. Pros Great product. They have awesome customer service. They are very responsive. We require HIPAA compliance and it is hard to find a product at this price that is priced like this with this level of customer service. Forms are easy to create and with the open API, it is easily integrated into our CRM. Cons I haven't found anything that I don't like about Platoforms. Therefore it takes time to get your forms right or to decide how you want to build them. Pros We are able to convert fairly complicated pdf forms into easily fillable, online forms and have completed PDFs sent to our team members for intake processing. Cons The initial setup of converting the pdf into an online form is a bit time consuming and there is a lot of back and forth to get the fields to be detected properly by the system. Once it detects everything, field setting and global settings are easy to modify. It's a relatively easy system to use and learn. It would be nice to give us more ability to customize the web embedding features. Pros Ease of use and webforms. I also like the fact that it allows workflows, allowing us to have multiple people complete a form. Cons The way that pdf's are built. It would be nice to create a nice pdf document layout by default and then would allow us to modify if we don't like. I also wish it was easier to find help documents. Pros This software helped transform the intake process for a client of mine that has a website and offers childcare. They used to send parens home with over 12 pieces of paper to fill out by hand, many of the forms with the exact same fields. Often parents would submit incomplete admission forms and it would cause grief for the childcare facility when random inspections occurred and all paperwork was not there. Enter Platoforms. We were able to create an online form that populates all 12 pieces of paper, various forms, and the client gets an email with the completed PDFs that they can read and with all the required info because the user can not skip any steps in the process. It's truly revolutionized their business. Cons I don't really have any complaints about this, other than I wish I knew about the copy and paste keyboard shortcuts sooner. Review Source MS Margo S. It has made it much quicker to get things done. Pros Plato forms has made it so that it takes a significantly less amount of time to fill out all of my paperwork. This is great since it populates information over. Cons I don't like how once you save it that you have to go through the back to make any changes to the form that you have submitted. Would like it much better if that aspect was less difficult. I also don't like how when you save it in an email you have to open everyone of them to figure out who it belongs to. Pros the embed ability and the link functions to be able to share a form quickly. Cons customer support is needed - tech support is also needed. More forms is needed for the plans the allowed forms are way to small as now I would need to spend even more money to get what I need when at that price point I can just go to another vendor. When adding text boxes and other items we need some kind of sample view of what it will look like without submitting hundreds of fake submissions to see that it is ugly and then we have to go and make many changes then do the submissions all over again.
