I am able to monitor past and upcoming renewal of our business clients. I can track new prospects clients, and run reports. I can assign tasks accordingly to other team members when needed, and locate any service communication for a client easily. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] was amazing with implementation! And \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] is an appreciated support person!

Easy usage, great for tracking new and current clients.

I don't it fully 100% yet, so no dislikes at this time.
