1\. Healthmetrics has apps that enable staff locate panel clinic and know their balance of provision. 2. HR has control on updating new staff & resign staff in the portal directly without go through vendor. 3. The apps help to reduce HR job whereby doesn't need to request GL to vendor. All staff can request the GL by using the apps themselves without go through HR. 3. The apps always updating and make staff need to re-log in to the apps. most of staff unable to log in due to forget ID / password.

Pros

1\. We can generate report anytime we wish. 2. Can check the treatment staff got and the clinic charges whenever we need 3. Easy to update / change the benefit of entitlement for staff

Cons

1\. If we click deletion for employee resign, we cannot trace the record. Right now we only choose deactivation for staff resign. 2. Most of the clinic put URTI/UTI as consultation. that is too general and we cannot get exact info of what kind of sickness staff encounter.
