## What is Q-Hub?

Qhub manages Business Process Management by letting teams design, run, and improve their own workflows—without code. Build processes (e.g., NCR, CAPA, change control, contract review) in a drag-and-drop builder with conditional logic, role-based routing, due dates, and escalation rules. Each step can create tasks, trigger forms, or update registers, giving full traceability from submission to closure. Pros

The platform is easy to use. It allows full interaction by all internal departments and produces quick and easy data to read. So far, it has been utilised as an NCR platform but is planned to be used for much more in the near future.

Cons

None as of yet. Whilst Q-Hub can seem daunting at first due to it appearing complex, online tutorials and additional support make this easy to overcome.

EXCELLENT!! The support you receive from the team is second to none.

Pros

I’ve been using QHUB for a few months now, and it has completely transformed the way my team collaborates. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, with an intuitive interface that makes it easy for everyone to get on board quickly. One of the standout features is the seamless integration with other tools we use daily, which has streamlined our workflow and boosted productivity. The real-time collaboration tools are fantastic, allowing us to work together on projects no matter where we are. Customer support is top-notch, always responsive and helpful whenever we’ve had questions or needed assistance. Overall, QHUB has made our team more efficient and connected. I highly recommend it to any organization looking to enhance their collaborative effort.

Cons

I Struggle with Negatives, but if I had to then it would be directed at myself. If you're not completely confident in the platforms use it is easy to start at the wrong place but the team quickly correct these mistakes.

Excellent overall, the system itself has proven to be highly beneficial for our business, especially around improving general process efficiency and to support our ISO management systems, and the QHUB team have been great at guiding us through the functionality, responding to tickets and implementing key development initiatives to support our business processes.

Pros

User interface is very good and well received across the business. The system is also highly configurable to suit our business needs and processes. The cost of the software is also significantly less than some competitors that have equal or less capable systems.

Cons

Initially audit hub was not fit for purpose to meet our needs however the dev team have overhauled this and is now perfectly acceptable for use as a scheduler, and we are looking to integrate with our audit checklists.

Absolute fantastic, from demo to continued support I cannot fault them. They have worked really hard on personalising everything for us throughout the set up and testing period. This has really helped us streamline our GMP compliance which was almost doubling our workloads and this has been invaluable. We are still rolling out Q-hub through-out of business and are excited to put in place all the other solutions and features they have.

Pros

The exceptional team! Our manufacturing and running process are quite unique and complex at times so the Q-Hub team worked with us to create bespoke processes and registers. No requests was to big and no question was left unanswered.

Cons

As its still relatively new there aren't many instruction videos on-line so I'm sure they is far more in the programme I could use that I don't.

Working with \[sensitive content hidden\] has been a great help and with his expertise in both the q-hub and quality system requirements. \[sensitive content hidden\] is very knowledgeable and has helped build our QMS system as well as supporting me in continuous improvement to ensure our quality system is maintained.

Pros

Lesk have used the q-hub system to control and operate the quality management system. The system is easy to use and finding procedures and documents can be done quickly and efficiently. The best part of the q-hub system to me is how the software controls revisions of documentation automatically with a click of a button. Task management has become a lot easier through q-hub as tasks can be monitored and controlled through q-hub. Tasks and updates of tasks can be tracked through q-hub which gives better control on task requirements.

Cons

Currently I have no issues with the software and I am happy with the q-hub system. I like all the q-hub functions and cannot pick which I least like as all the functions have helped Lesk in building the QMS system.

Q-Hub has worked very well with our business and has been a value added investment.

Pros

It's Cloud based, being cloud based give's the business the flexibility to access Q-Hub on the go without having to worry about system requirements/ install any software of third party application. Also being cloud based means that if one of our computers/laptops is lost or stolen all my data is securely kept in the cloud minimising the downtime and eliminating data loss. User management is very easy, allowing me to organise and to place in team for projects .

Cons

: Would like the ability to send NCR's directly to the supplier from the NCR form : Group upload to contact list (but understand this is being done now)

we was working with the Q-hub team on a non Q-Hub related project, when we saw one of the members using the browser based QMS tool (Q-Hub) after seeing it in action there was no doubt that we needed to raise this at an up and coming management meeting. after which we all agreed that this would benefit the business with regards to assisting the QMS.
