However the experience I do have with it has shown me just how granular it can be. I don't have to worry about restoring entire portions, I can go down to specific files Pros The ease of setup as well as the granularity of the back up structure. Cons Not much, the only thing I can think of, is that they had a bug that lasted a few days that stopped us from doing backups. The installation and then the UI are straight forward. Issues my happens when Microsoft change something on their side but Veeam is really ready to propose solutions that usually are software updates (that are very trivial to install). I don't think I could want more by that software, it just does the job, it works very well, the reporting is ok and the support is stellar. Pros Easy to implement, mantain and manage. Usage is straight forward . Support is very good. Cons Let's say the solution is not cheap. But you know the IT triangle rule: cheap/fast/good, you can only choose 2. Pros Es fácil la configuración y al dejarlo configurado en un equipo para que solo este descargando la información lo hace de manera conveniente. Cons En algunas ocasiones no me descarga la información completa del OneDrive, ya que solo respalda las carpetas pero sin contenido, sin embargo sale que el proceso se completo correctamente, y para esto debo realizar el mismo ejercicio pero en otro equipo y si descarga correctamente.
