I just installed Apptivo throught my Google Apps account after testing out a couple more CRMs that were lacking important functionnalities and so far I am impressed. I was previously using Insightly, which is also a great CRM by the way, but it lacks too many functonalities and the chat support is weaker in my opinion. I greatly recommend that CRM/mini-ERP for your management needs.

Pros

Awesome, friendly and fast chat support directly from the app! Handful of functionalities and options Really affordable for a multi user environment Great flexibility Lot of filters Great search function App store to get more plugins

Cons

GUI needs a bit of tweeking to be more appealing Tends to be a bit slow some time The Ledger app needs a lot of improvement, it is not enough mature as of now to replace Zoho Invoice to track my expenses and generate taxes reports.

Brilliant support and will help with any issue all hours, great tutorials

Pros

Very simple to set up and use, has the best Office 365 sync on the market (that I have tested) in the budget CRM range

Cons

All the settings to get the Office 365 sync working, has some missing features, like email read receipt, Has a very basic GUI

Nimble was a better choice for me, however the Office 365 sync function in Nimble can sometimes take hours to update, so it i snot a real sync, more of an update at period times, it was advertised as sync

Pros

I love the way we can easily streamline our contacts across employees. Apptivo was easy to use and a great solution.

Cons

Adding new contacts was sometimes time consuming with multiple tabs, but once you got the hang of it it was ok.

Does everything I need it to do for a great price

Pros

Support is excellent even if you are a small user, spending 10$ a month. E-mail tracking and communication tracking as well as the electronically approved quotes are great

Cons

Can feel a bit clunky at times, not everything is customizable but it's easily possible to work around the quirks

Excellent experience. We will primarily use it for lead nurturing and project management. It will be a great tool to keep all the records accurate and see them go through different stages.

Pros

The ease of use. The software we tried previous to Apptivo was too complicated, not user friendly and klunky. This was exactly what we were looking for. From the first day with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], all the way through with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], it was seamless and easy to use. All the staff at Apptivo was friendly, easy to work and RESPONSIVE!!

Cons

There are a few places where if you put it in one place, you have to put it in additional places, where you may not have thought of.

We found them through internet searches and gave them a try.

it is a great experience with apptivo. we have about 6 divisions and multiple Business Units which were never centralization not it has been centralized for our Sales team and every one can see their targets and actual results. specially table reports, dashboard reports win analysis, lost analysis etc. Secondly, I'ld must share the efforts of \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] (Project Manager) she did grate work and dedicated works during COVID-19, with limited access. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] who supported \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] at back end and some time directly on front end. They opened all mode of communication during hard time of COVID-19.

Customization, Ease of use, dashboard reports, summary box. table reports

Cons

Some graph can be enhanced, like PIE graph, values on Graph, Printing of reports from web page. extraction of graph directly from web page. Under dashboard speedo meter graph, there might be some other graphs as well on front / landing page as dashboard summary with different dimension.

Apptivo relieved so many frustrations I had with other sites!

Pros

The Apptivo software is so customizable, it fits every aspect of our business. The development team was so in-tune with our needs every step of the way and worked so hard to make sure the CRM looked the way we wanted it to.

Cons

While I love all of the Apptivo features, the software is so robust that it's a little difficult for our employees who aren't as tech savvy to learn. However, the support team trained us and provided materials to help us learn.

Positive, still learning how we will apply it correctly but happy so far that we will be able to use it to achieve exactly what we want to.

Pros

The flexibility of the software is great. Couldn't find any other software that can do everything we wanted.

Cons

It can be slow moving from window to window and the functionality options aren't always clear. The support is great at overcoming the second issue though

It's got a ton of features and they don't charge extra for using more features

Cons

Many features could be improved. The reminders don't work very well, there are no email reminders. Also, currency tracking is not built. Reports could be way better

Pros

It's simple to set up, straightforward to use. Many features that in other systems are "enterprise-only" are available to all users. The support team is ALWAYS available by chat with quick and straightforward answers.

Cons

Some of the features I really looked forward to had been deprecated. Integration with Office 365 at this point is just a kludge mail option that has Aptivo mail as a passive receiver of email -- not a real 2-way IMAP client. No direct people sync exists for O365, and there's not yet an IFTT or Zapier connection (although there IS a robust API published).

The service provided by \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] has been outstanding - they are always on hand to help and understand the things we are trying to achieve and they do this with a great amount of patience - they are a huge asset to Apptivo

Pros

The system allows for a lot of customisation which is great - it is quite complicated to learn and this takes time but once you do understand the back ground to the software you can see its real potential

Cons

I find that the you tube videos and guides dont necessarily show me well how to do some of the more complex things such as setting criteria, creating cross ap reports and lists
