Pros

Though we use only a very limited set of Apptivo's features for contact management, we had a great experience with their tech support team. They were always available on chat and reactive in undestanding and fixing the problem. Features and speed steadily improved over the years.

Cons

The menu navigation is sometimes a bit confusing, but it's balanced by clear description once you identify the proper menu.

I am using Apptivo little over 4 years now and I am still very satisfied. In all fairness I have to say that I don't use all features that the program has to offer. However, as a basic user I get a very easy to use and complete program and with a very goom correct and fast support as cherry on top of the ice-cream! Keep up the good work guys!

Pros

Stable and easy to use program, very good support (chat or screen takeover) and more features that I need. It's a cloud solution so wherever I go, I can acces my administration.

Cons

Maybe I could use some more flexibility in designing my invoice templates.

Pros

It is affordable for all business. You have access to a 24 hours support. It has a great mobile app from where you can control everything. It can be related with OneDrive.

Cons

The interface sometimes gets stuck and it takes a little time to come back. It doesn't have a initial tutorial to learn how to use all the features.

In general it is very usefull app. It brings accounting and project management into one system.

Pros

Easy to set up and start to use. Has very good customization. Suitable for small business and at the same time it can grow as the business expands.

Cons

Some errors happened during updates. Couple times it happened that the programm responded very slow.

I use the prospecting apps and they're time savers! It's nice to have all the information in one place. Another thing I like is you only use the apps you need, but if the need arises, the other apps are there, offering an all-in-one business solution. Glad I tried Apptivo over more expensive options. This has great value and the customer service is awesome! They answer right away so you can solve your problems quickly and keep the momentum going for your marketing efforts. Highly recommend!

Hard to use , no easy to edit to suit multiple users on the calander . Long winded to book jobs in . No tailored enough to suit both sides of the business . Complex to understand . Only suites the simpler side of the business. No formal training provided to main users . Slow to load screens

I'm still setting the system up for company use, and though the set up seems a little laborious, I believe it will be great. Glad there has been customer service available for questions any time I've reached out.

Pros

I have to admit I'm not what you would call a "techie" so I've been swallowed up in tutorials and customer service chats to get our system customized for our uses. Today's assistance was exceptional, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] jumped on a screen sharing zoom call to walk me through some of the areas I was stuck and it made a world of difference.

Cons

We chose this CRM because of all the features, a good phone interface, price point and ability to customize. Customizing it feels a bit complex and not as intuitive as it could be.

Working with the Apptivo team to move our data from Sugar to Apptivo was a good experience. I haven't used the software enough to comment on what I like most about it.

I wish it was more of an applicant tracking system. I need to be able to search on Tags.

Our experience with Apptivo has been pleasant and smooth in operating. The folks while support is in another country has been accommodating and relatively easy to deal with. They are a good group to work with and have patience for even the most "green" CRM users.

Pros

I like that once you become familiar with the various CRM features it is very customizable to the way you business operates and functions in the real world. Also, Apptivo does a nice job of helping with certain customizations during the setup phase.

Cons

Just a lot to learn in the beginning as with any CRM. While it may be intuitive for some for those who are not CRM experts it can be tedious to customize and learn the functionality.

I love that we can customize forms and everything how we want. Everything has worked great and easy to use and teach employees. What we love the most is the android feature where we can find nearby customers in whatever area we are out in.

Customer service sometimes does not understand fully what you are trying to say but they eventually do and resolve your issues

So far as a new user it was easy to modify the fields. Interfacing with other programs has been a little difficult but \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] at Apptivo has provided very good support and patience. I wish there was a way to save mapping imports to reuse and to be able to decide what fields are mandatory and not. I also think all of these CRM programs would be wise to have help messages that can be turned on and off to better describe actions and options. Once a user is experienced these help fields could be turned off. Many of the users in the field who update CRM's are not used to the nomenclature or cloud aspects of the new CRM. Over my experiences ae good but it does require a time investment.

I found it so easy to get up and running with integrating Apptivo Contacts sharing in our Google Apps domain, and received excellent, prompt and friendly support using the chat window or email. I am only in the early stages of using Apptivo, but a quick tour of what is available is very impressive upon first sight. I will come back and post another review for the other Apptivo apps as I have a chance to get to know them better. I am so happy to have discovered Apptivo after spending untold hours trying to get Insightly to work for our contact sharing needs, but getting started with Insightly was like mud wrestling an eel and email support responses took a day, sometimes more. Unlike Insightly which requires you to export your contacts from Google, then do the field-mapping yourself (for dozens and dozens of exported columns) to target fields in Insightly, Apptivo just imports directly from Google Contacts and even creates Categories that correspond to your contact groups. Then those same contacts (and their groups) are shared out to co-workers or others who you specify. The interface is very clear to use and very functional and is an attractive user experience, yet not littered with eye candy nor "gamification". This is a solid business environment, not boring but not overdone either. More details to come as I become qualified to add them.

Very good. We are a new user, but so far, so good. Just now discovering all the capabilities.

Pros

This is our first CRM in this business, but I and my sales team have used others and Apptivo is by far the best, most feature-filled and easiest to use. But beyond that, I have to say that Apptivo has the best customer service of any online organization I have ever encountered since the digital age begun.

Cons

No real cons encountered yet. Just a lot to learn to make it useful.

Better looking product, better pricing. Bad experience with a couple of trials and previous bad experience with Sales Force.

I think after we get all the kinks out, it will be just fine.

Pros

The support staff is the best. From now on I will only ask for them. Fixed all my problems that took one day, others tried for two weeks and I never did get a response on anything I needed help with.

Cons

Other IT support agents would not be able to help me. They never let me know if they tried to fix anything.

Apptivo is a user-friendly software for managing information about stakeholders and organisations, with great functionality for segmenting stakeholders, project management, and integration with other applications like Slack.

Cons

Any functionality issues were quickly resolved by the Apptivo team. The event management functionality could be expanded beyond creating target lists and email campaigns.

I was charged and then harassed for more money and when I didn't pay they locked me out of my account. I've asked repeatedly to be refunded for the several months I couldn't use the program but I've received no response. Please find another CRM if you don't want to be scammed.

They have been great at answering questions and helping us customize the platform to meet our specific needs. Our CRM web forms are 100% tailored to our operations. We met with nearly a dozen providers and they stood out as the best option and value by a long shot.

No major cons with product. Like anything, it takes some playing with to get used to but is generally very simple and intuitive which suits us perfectly.
