Cons

More connectivity with other applications is needed. A lot of extra development work is needed for many of the most used applications to be connected.

I'm trying with Apptivo CRM in a free version. I'd like to say this is a very good tool, easy using and it has the right information you need. Because I'm trying to get the best tool potential I've needed online support many times and I guess this the best of Apptivo: You'll have support every time you need it. Today \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] helped me to create a chart just only spending few minutes and sharing a desktop. Great.. considering I'm seven thousand miles away US..!!!!!

Pros

I'm still trying with this tool but I can say this's a powerful one and very nice and easy to use. More about, you can config it according your business..!

Cons

Perhaps user manual could be a bit more friendly...

So many capabilities we're still learning about. To date, our team is better organized, while the reporting system and agreement process save's labor hours & relative cost.

Pros

Connects well with Outlook emails. Customizable to our needs. Easy to locate complex accounts by their unique fields. Great reporting system. Great service!

Cons

Certain fields (like address) should be prepopulated when creating a new entry. Some redundancy here and there that could be eliminated.

I spent a combined couple of weeks researching for CRM with good features, mailing lists and flexibility for custom fields and tags. Most were $ per user per month for BASIC package. This is hands down the best value for the money with all the functionality they offer. Customer service are quick to respond and extremely helpful. I love this product and the way the company treats its clients!

Pros

Great price, feature rich, customer service is prompt to assist and go out of their way to make sure client is satisfied.

Cons

Would be nice to have better documentation with table of contents and explanation for every feature.. The "Answers" section seems to 'Sort of' do the job

We found something affordable that met our current need.

Pros

The uploading contacts portion was easy to use. When I had questions the representative was helpful.

Cons

To do custom fields was tricky. I would have email a presentative and sometimes it was difficult getting quick solutions.

Customer Support. Representatives from Apptivo were very patient and helpful

Cons

hard to set-up. Has less features than competitors like being able to make a custom form and send it for signature or put on web-site.

Easy access. I like being able to access all our customer info from anywhere. I can get help if I need it, although sometimes what I need to get done gets lost in translation with the tech support people.

Pros

It is available anywhere I am. I am able to access my account from anywhere and get answers for my coworkers whenever they need them.

Cons

It takes me forever to do certain things. Too many hoops to jump through to make it do the easy things I am asking for

Pros

Apptivo is very robust and customizable yet provides a positive user experience by recycling the same functionality across all applications. It has been very enjoyable to work with and my users are adapting well to the product.

Cons

it won't sync with quickbooks after multiple calls and emails to tech support. It looks like it works with the UK version of QB.

Has many features and is at a umbeatable price. Better than having to use lots of seperate apps and double up on costs

It does take quite a while to setup but help is always available and it only needs to be done once

Good to use the Joine.me feature will definately use it again in conjuntion with Apptivo.

Cons

The use of the chat facility is very helpful, and the screen share feature assists novices to a see how it must be done.

easy to use within its own program. Has many more features than we would ever need to use. Would be great if you could dispatch from the program

Cons

does not integrate with constant contact without a lot of additional work. We have spent a lot of time on the phone and using chat to try and correct but no easy way as of now. Needs to have the first and last name separated on the CRM customer app

initial setup requires help from customer service. If you are not a database person, the first customer information load can be challenging.

Apptivo is easy to use and very accessible. The customer support (thru chat) is excellent. repeating UI patterns is making usability very easy. Enjoyed onboarding myself onto the tool.

Pros

I enjoy the live chat that I have with HelpDesk. Having a searchable end user doc would be great. But, its lack is not so significantly felt with chatbot.

Cons

Need a searchable, keyword based help docs - Configuring of Apptivo requires us to know few keywords and terms that the software uses. Having easy, admin, config level documentation for various usecases would greatly help. Quick onboarding guide; Linking more sales & support teams to a single customer and vice versa; auto-triggering a welcome letter; creating an automated contract sign-off workflow ... are some examples of what can be added as docs
