Improved the professionalism of my email campaigns while saving me time. Prior to the pandemic, I saw a marked improvement in the response of my clients to my emails.

Pros

Questions are quickly answered by 24/7 customer service. Screen sharing by their help team is effectively used to help resolve the issues. Easy to access and update contacts and share emails. Phone app is seamlessly connected to the web based database. Video library is impressive for teaching the software.

Cons

At this time, I am good with everything. Any improvements I would comment on are probably solved by taking the time for me to watch the training videos on how to correctly use aspects of the program!

Love how they have the follow up option, I depend on this on when to follow up with my customers It is easy to use and get data about the type of clients we have

Cons

I wish it was easier to link so we could have sales, manually updating that is a pain, also wish that it had more options on types of customers we can put them under

### "customer service gets you up to speed quickly"

This has replace the ACT program I used to have and it is doing well.

Pros

I like the ease of getting answers from customer service if stumped. I am 72 and while the app is pretty easy to navigate I sometimes need help and the team always comes thru quickly.

Cons

nothing it is doing all that I need done and more.

I knew ACT would eventually stop the support as they are leaning to total cloud programs so I thought Apptivo was a good alternative at a wonderful price.

The great thing about Apptivo is that it can scale and reach other areas/departments as your company growths. Most apps are suited more exclusively "Big Business" or "Small Business", having a software that can adapt to both is great.

Pros

The fact that you have a huge number of apps that you can use according to your company/team size.

Cons

Because of the scale the app can take it can be a little confusing in the beginning.

### "Amazingly Flexible Small Business Solution with HIPAA Support"

Apptivo is a powerful solution for my client. We were able to replace a legacy system of claims processing to include membership management, a secure membership portal and attach membership documents. Prior to Apptivo only our claims processes were automated. Everything else was done manually or stored on Google Docs. What impressed me the most, was their ability to program new apps, implement HIPAA compliance programing features and other processes needed for my client. The Services Project Manager and his team are incredible! They are very professional, learned our business needs, identified solutions, were highly flexible as we navigated through COVID-19, and are extremely patient. Always willing to educate the client to be more resourceful.

Pros

Functionality, flexibility, working with the Apptivo team to set up the software, ease of use for our portal members and pricing.

Cons

Most of our recommendations were supported by Apptivo. There is a bit of a cumbersome process in generating our member payments. However, this is partially due by our decision to not re-enter our claims for generating payments.

The solutions they offered, the timeline, confidence in the people we were working with and pricing.

### "Solo User Migrating from Act! Not a sophisticated CRM user"

I would rate the support team excellent. They are helpful. I need to spend more time working with Apptivo to evaluate the software properly

Pros

I am an independent rep working with many brands and had 15 years of contacts in Act database that I needed to extract with all my fields and notes intact. I am not super tech savvy! I made the switch to Apptivo because they have a data migration service for a reasonable fee. The team leader was wonderful and helped held my hand throughout the process. They created the apps that I needed to integrate my data. I have only been using the system for a few months and still learning so i will circle back once I am proficient.

Cons

I use Contacts-Customers & Leads - calendar & marketing. I have the same custom fields in all three apps. I am not thrilled with the fact that if you change a custom field in one app- it doesn't integrate with the others so I have to go into each app each time an update is needed which is time consuming. I wish there was a feature that addressed this. You can only integrate one mail platform so I cannot pull my mail from my various accounts into the Apptivo Suite.

Pros

Possibility to tailor it to a specific Business, the functionality, Ease to Use, Layout, various search functions, etc.

Cons

\- Opportunities section could be enhanced by beding able to create reports for a specific product. for example: -Performance Report, Pipeline by Stage, Sales Funnel, 12 months Pipeline etc. not only for "All opportunies, but also for specified and pre-defined products

An affordable CRM program that integrates with invoices, and paymentss. Great customer support.

Pros

integration between CRM and invoicing and emailing is great! I am able to send out invoices and get paid through PayPal and my system is updated.

Cons

The software can be slow. Sometimes I will input information and the program does not respont. They offer a Ledger to input expenses but it is very difficult to use, takes such a long time to update. Overall some areas are great but the program lags, takes a very long time to upload info.

Great features, ease of use, email integration

Cons

The fine tuning of some features took some time. Some aspects of the system had minor bugs that meant aspects of the system didn't work as intended, but issues were looked into and corrected via the ongoing support available. Online chat can be frustrating on times, but screen share is available which helps in some situations.

Pros

Apptivo CRM is easy to use, and makes available lots of functionality to pick and choose from when building a customized solution. Apptivo's customer support is excellent, responsive, helpful and does a great job supporting me when I need help.

Cons

For non-technical users, modifying the screens to build a customized app, can be a challenge. However, Apptivo customer service is ready to jump in and help when needed. Customer support is accomplished via chat window, which can be tedious. However, Apptivo makes available voice support when requested. And, they provide lots of You-Tube based videos to demonstrate how to modify functionality.

### "Its the support that makes all the difference"

Fastastic experience overall. Great documentation but I just use the chat support and they usually direct you straight to the article I need. I intend to gradually introduce all the functionallity into my business.

Pros

I like the way you can enable just the bits you need. I started with just invoicing and am gradually enabling the other elements as I need them. That way it doesnt blind you with too many options whilst you learn to use the system. Its the support that really makes the difference in this product. I have had lots of questions and I have all these answered quickly via the chat function. No question is too much trouble and considering the very affordable price its unbelievable.

Cons

I cant think of many really. Occasionally its a little slow and sometimes I get the odd glitch but nothing to really worry about.

Apptivo team was great through and through. They are responsive and efficient, they are able to customize the tool to your wish. The overall experience has been great so far. We will need more time of use to really make the best of it.

Pros

Apptivo is very easy to use compared to our previous solution. From an admin point of view, you don't really need a tech guy to maintain the tool. It is fast to load, the information is readily available and the support team is super responsive. On top of that, it is very inexpensive compared to other software. Let's see how it goes going forward :)

Cons

For now, I would say the layering is a little strange. It works in columns so when you want your opportunity page in a certain way, it is a bit difficult to organize. But so far, not much more than this.

Pros

You need a CRM! But you don't exactly need one with a price tag like hubspot. Apptivo was able too offer all the features I needed at a price that made sense. The platform is designed to grow with your business and remain affordable while keeping you competitive. Customer service is easily accessible and very friendly. Apptivo is worth the test drive....

Cons

There is a noticeable lack of social media management tools, which may be the only edge something like Hubspot can offer over Apptivo

Pros

I like that I can customize the CRM to fit my specific needs. It give me many options for capturing data that I need to keep track of my business. I like the ability to be able to filter reports and keep track of revenue.

Cons

I wish I had the ability to mass delete information. It is very time consuming to delete each record one at a time.

Apptivo has turned out to be a good CRM tool for our sales department. It is easy to track our leads as they go through the sales process. It has a lot more features to it that we are currently not using. I plan to in the near future.

Pros

We got to set up our sales funnel the way we wanted it to be. It is pretty easy to change things within the software without having to contact anyone.

Cons

There are times I want to print some of the screens and it doesn't seem to be easy to do. But I must admit that I'm not a techy type person. also we have had problems with our office 365 interfacing with it.

Reason for choosing Apptivo

The demo of the product made sense to me and the price was much less.

### "A CRM so easy to use"

If I am honest I had problems with the implementation person who was with me at the beginning but I think this was largely due to the unique nature of my business and therefore the demands that I had of APPTIVO to embrace and streamline all of my workflows and sales processes. When I was then assisted by another more experienced Apptivo team member it all became apparent and any glitches and questions that I had in the build of it were corrected and explained efficiently. I am now still learning how to use it to its maximum but am enjoying the learning.

Pros

It was very easy to customize to suit my business as a buyers advocacy. As a sector of the real estate industry that is only just emerging most of the industry CRM\`S are over kitted for what we require so a lot of features are not required and yet are costed for in the subscription. With Apptivo I found that I can build to my requirements and therefore only pay for what I need.

Cons

There is not too much not to like about Apptivo
