Great. With out ideas, and Apptivo's team we feel that we now have a simple and detailed way to manage our clients projects and keep up to date with all of our ongoing work.

Pros

Full flexibility for tailoring to how we work. Ability to alter fields, add in targeted and detailed information to our existing processes. Exceptional development work with detailed training on all parts of the program. Great back up and speedy assistance throughout to get us on-board and functioning within the system.

Cons

There is nothing that we have found to date that is not to like about Apptivo

Apptivo provided a far more flexible and tailored product to our needs. This system allowed full integration between a CRM and Project management system.

### "Who Provides GREAT "Chat" Support?"

Replaced ACT Contact Management System to provide realtime access to critical data to make decisions and deliver breakthrough support to our customers and vendors.

Pros

Apptivo does! Although it's rare that I've had to use Apptivo "Chat" Support. Today, was another example where Naresh went above and beyond to get a Supervisor to fix an important Account Set-up. On a prior Chat call, Apptivo suggested a remote session where the representative quickly identified the Advanced Capabilities required to import a complex database. My company does not sell or represent Apptivo although we are in the enterprise software integration industry. Apptivo sets a new standard of excellence in support that organizations small and large can depend.

Cons

Additional pre-built integrations are time savers and Apptivo has more work to do in this area. Professionally, I'd rather have a solid framework of broad core features that is competitively priced than can be used by everyone in the company.

Pros

Tracking Sales Opportunities and keeping all information in one place. It even has a document depository which is quite helpful in sharing information.

Cons

The social media monitoring in the CRM feature is lacking or non existent. There are plenty of insites that can be gained by looking at a potential customer's LinkedIn account

The product is good value for money and functional but just needs that sales planning app working on.

Pros

Had very good quick service from the team to fix the issue

Cons

The sales planning feature is very limited. I have a split sales team working on different products so the performance charts are limited to reporting on the whole number which is very prohibative, this would be the area i would work on most as its not great. It is also not geared up for me to set this up as i am a manager who admins this and also part of the sales team so i cannot set up the performance and quotas for each tier as i have people above me who will view this but it is below their pay grade to be setting up a CRM

Pros

Turning a lead into a contact, into a customer, into an opportunity. Create a quote, with all the customer info in minutes from my built-in pricing.

Cons

I would like to be able to convert a quote into an invoice with the ability to modify as needed to add items and edit.

My experience with Apptivo is that it has allowed me and my team to become much more efficient in terms of quoting, tracking opportunities and leads and converting them into projects that we can support and manage. It allows us to collaborate without having to spend time together in person.

Pros

The technical support is fantastic! Having the chat option is critical and has been very helpful to me on many occasions!

Cons

We are a small business and don't find it to have limitations for our particular needs.

I have an affordable CRM where I can track my customers key details and most importantly I can invoice them and track their payments. Gives me a lotntrol over my customer base.

Pros

The quality of its invoicing package. So easy to setup chargeable items and the professional looking output is amazing.

Cons

Clunky to input customer and contact details. Need to enter both on different screens and then go back and link them.

Customer Service is great. If you have an IT department that can do your troubleshooting you will find a willing and helpful partner with Apptivo. Their customer support team is top notch! I did not have the knowledge base to use the app successfully.

Pros

I really loved the idea of the 360 view.

Cons

It took me a while to really understand the components, but I felt in the end I was entering repetitive information. I could not get the logic chain and while have so many options is great, I would also determine which concepts I needed to get to my end goal.

We really needed something that would bring together all client information and communications to give our Sales, Support, and Accounting teams a clear picture of everything going on with our clients. And, we're even saving money with this single app instead of paying for several that either had to be "stitched" together with additional apps or APIs, or time-consuming copy/paste work.

Pros

Apptivo is taking the place of our CRM, project management, sales tracking, and support ticket applications - all in one online package!

Cons

Its not exactly a con. Apptivo is capable of so much, that it can seem a little overwhelming, but it also means that we can truly make it our own instead of us having to conform to apps created for other businesses or created too broadly, that they didn't fit our needs. It is taking some time to set things up the way we need, but Apptivo has great support, and even offers assistance in creating workflows.

Having paid for a years sub, I tried using Apptivo and just couldn't get on with it. Buying it was a mistake. I didn't like it at all and wanted a refund. Support said I couldn't have one, even a pro rata one, I was happy to pay for the time I'd been using it. I am self employed and was going through a lot of personal strain and worry at the time. It was only about £100 but I needed and still do need that money. I explained all this to them and about my situation but they still said no. They can see I'm not using it. DO NOT sign up for this product unless you are very sure it's the right one for you. Can't believe a big business would be that mean, that small amount of money means more to me than them.

Pros

good range of features, instant support.

Cons

horrible looking interface. Not pleasant to interact with. Tiny little boxes to enter information. Overall appearance was more like microsoft of 20 years ago.

I looked for days to find just the right CRM system to manage my web design business. I chose apptivo because they let you have access to every single app at no extra charge, they charge me 10 bucks per user, so as my business grows, it will cost a little more, but the support team is there 24/7 in a drop down box that you can just click on inside your login area. They answer right away, send you help links, and walk you through anything you need to solve the issue at hand. i am going to even write a blog post in my web site, www.blueyperlink.com recommending them for all my self employed, that's how much i like it! Most of my web site clints are small business people and they can use Apptivo too, it's everything from Leads to Invoices, that's the ENTIRE CYCLE OF BUSINESS. It works for companies with suppliers, products inventory, just about any kind of business can use this. And it integrates with Google apps too! It's the best!

Pros are in rating. I like many features such as access to every app

it can get expensive if you have many employees that need to use the login area.

We needed a powerful sales management platform to scale our company’s growth. The tool we selected could either enable the growth or be an impediment. Therefore, our company invested a lot of time to select a CRM product. We even hired a software selection consultant to maximize our success. As CEO, I was personally committed to the process since I knew our future depended on the investment we made in sales effectiveness. There are a lot of good products available. However, we unanimously selected Apptivo from a half dozen or so finalists. We couldn’t be happier! The base product contained most of the functionality we needed. It’s differentiator is the flexibility to be tailored to our company’s sales methodology and industry. What we did not expect was the level of support Apptivo provided before launching the product. The Team Lead / Project Manager assigned to our company helped us customize the product and train us. She is one of one those people I would hire in a second if she didn’t already work for a great company. Her dedication to our version of the product combined with her technical process and patience made the project a success. It was also apparent that she worked for a company whose culture enabled her to go the extra mile. Finally, Apptivo provided us with a sales management platform that will maximize the effectiveness of our prospecting and conversion through the pipeline. Apptivo helps to keep my partner and I organized. We particularly use the email and notes function. We are a builder, so everything is organized around projects. The scheduling program is terrible, by the way.

Pros

The concept of the software is great... it is very integrated and it seems like the owners are always trying to improve the program.

Cons

The problems are the number of glitches experienced; the difficulty in getting issues resolved; the fact that the program can be very slow to respond. Right now, for instance, when I click on an email sometimes it opens up and sometimes it doesn't. Not sure what is causing this, but it is extremely frustrating and inefficient. I tend to do things in Google. I am seriously considering abandoning Apptivo.

All CRM's require Users to learn their navigation, terminology and how functions are executed. Unlike other CRM's I have tested, the Support Team at Apptivo has been both diligent and effective in resolving a few technical glitches with my onboarding process. Apptivo provides me with a reliable CRM platform and functions on which I can run my business. 24x7 access to an effective and professional Support Team is a valuable resource that ensures I spend more time with my clients than suffering from IT issues.

Pros

Apptivo provides a portfolio of critical functions for companies to manage different aspects of their business. Unlike some others, the Apptivo functions/Apps are well integrated. This provides a strong foundation for reliable and accurate information to manage your business.

Cons

Apptivo doesn't yet integrate with Zoom.

Over a nine month period, Zoho CRM+ was never able to sync reliably with my Office 365 account. Even though I purchased their Premium Support, Zoho never understood this basic issue, or how to resolve it. Despite many calls with Customer Support, the issues were never resolved, leaving me with an unusable system. Oddly, there is no escalation process to resolve fundamental/serious matters.

My business is just starting to delve into the wholesale market. I'm pretty much a solopreneur so I don't need a lot of collaborative tools, but I did want to be able to stay on top of who I talked to and when and who ordered what and when--in short I wanted to be able to provide my customers with excellent support, and I knew I needed a solid database to keep track of our interactions. I'm also attending a few tradeshows and I need a way to write up invoices quickly and request payment electronically. Apptivo gives me all of that and MORE, a lot more--some of which I know I'm not ready to use, but I'm glad it's there when I need it. In app chat support is speedy and excellent. The program is highly customizable. Overall, I feel like I'm getting a tool set that used to be reserved only for the largest of my competitors who could afford to spend big bucks on software. If my business is David and theirs is Goliath, I just replaced my slingshot with a bazooka.

Pros

Affordable. All features included in one price. Use only what you need. Use more as you grow into it. Very well documented. Excellent FAST support. Highly customizable.

Cons

No complaints, but if I could suggest two features, these would make this software PERFECT for what I need: SImplified Sales Order process. For quick input at tradeshows. Integration with Shipstation for shipping orders.

Easy to start Simple to use Powerful for building up an ERP platform, constantly adding features Exceptional good support Good value for money

Cons

As with almost every tool there are limitations. For some applications the missing 5% make it very difficult to use.

Overall, Apptivo is still a fantastic system and the customer service has been amazing. To integrate all of our working systems in to one and tailor to our business needs is still a fabulous achievement.

Pros

Apptivo is a fantastic system which incorporates many areas of our business in to one system. Previously we were paying for various online packages such as a CRM System, Invoicing package, HR system etc, but now we have one system to all.

Cons

As the Apptivo packages are separate apps, it took a while to create the flow that suits our business and moving information between the apps is not seamless and to date is still not 100%. Given this was a tailored package, i did expect seamless integration between all the apps.
