It would be great if it can be worked on things like multiple payments to multiple invoices and tax rate calculation needs to be up to 4 or 5 digits.

Cons

When working with templates, it can be a bit confusing but with support on standby, it can turn out to be an experience that isn't difficult.

This is by far the best CRM/estimating/invoicing/product management/project management software a company could be looking for. It is also the most affordable. You can limit user access, track phone calls, and do so much more all within one platform that is easily accessible from any device with internet.

Pros

Completely customizable Integrates well and all information is easily found

Can be difficult to navigate if unfamiliar Can be difficult to customize if unfamiliar

### "Potential to be great, but missing the mark in critical areas"

Pros

It is user friendly from the aspect of moving around and customizing fields. The import function was also nice to bring in data from old CRM. the chat feature is nice to ask a question and they are quick to respond the price is affordable

Cons

It does not truly integrate with O365 to be fully functional. it syncs calendar events and thats all. so all the tasks assigned, you have to manage from the app not your O365 suite. This is NOT efficient. the sales team provided incorrect info on this capability. This feature should be part of your trial so I would have known this product may not be the best fit! The standard sales conversion is not automatically available, you have to customize it. Reporting has errors and gives "not enough data" and no one can seem to figure out why. if I can't get data, this app is again not efficient.

seemed to check all the boxes...until we actually bought a license to see full functionality (or lack thereof on the O365 part)

Pros

Cloud based, User friendly and if you require something they will try to add it in. 24/7 live customer support.

Cons

You can do a print out of all payments received if you have many clients (per invoice only), time sheets will only be specified on the invoices if you do it one week at the time.

Having a work flow system is a huge bonus for the business. Capturing information that can be accessed by all relevant staff at anytime has already made the business more efficient. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] has been excellent with his assistance in overcoming integration problems.

Pros

Very easy to use the system. Like that fact that you can access via an app on iPhone

Cons

We have a very complex business and it has been difficult to integrate especially with Xero. However we are getting there. Has also been difficult training some of staff on the system.

Very good experience and definitively value for money compared to other more expensive but less flexible systems.

Pros

the sotware is easy to use but the best aspect in my view has been and still is the support received from the Apptivo team. Both for the initial configuration and roll out but also for the inevitable support required by inexperienced users such as me to add new employees or reconfigure some aspects of the tool.

Cons

In general the tool is quite suitable for most roles. I would however be happier if additional tools were added to help a sales director manage her/his team.

Price, functionality, ease to deploy. And, unknown at the time of purchase, excellent customer service

I have my contacts in one place and can keep a record of my communications, notes, organise my time and put my events, follow throughs and tasks on one screen. I can colour code my events and activities so seeing what I'm doing at a glance. I can get reminders for events/ appointments etc . I'm setting it up so that it is like having a PA

Pros

I have been searching for an affordable relational database also known as a CRM for at least a couple of years when I had a 1:1 demonstration.T I was immediately won over by the simplicity of the functionalities. It's really user friendly; easy to import data, and add fresh data. I especially like that I can customise the start up screen and menus opening up to the calender and tasks for the day. Then there is the syncing to g suite so now my calendar and mails are actioned in apptivo. My business is small at the moment but as I develop more I can add more features. Especially great feature is the online support chat, answering my queries as I customise the software.

Cons

Honestly haven't found any yet , have upgraded to the premium version to access more features .

Reason for choosing Apptivo

The functionality and cost were the first attraction. As soon as I was able to have a demo I could see how easy it was to customise for myself.

Pros

We have been searching for a software to take over bridal lead follow-up and my assistant found this and although it has taken time to set it up and figure things out it has been a great transition for us saving time since it is now automated which I love !! thank you !

Cons

videos would be helpful maybe? I am still trying to learn it so not sure about cons yet other than i wish it would integrate with the knot.com and wedding wire for my leads so we don't have to put them in manually but i believe that is because those companies won't allow an outside company.

Great, really supportive in providing tutorials whilst trying out Really supporting in on ongoing support and resolving issued - the chat function is great Jasper - who I dealt with from start to finish has always been willing and able to support

Easy to use and intuitive. A challenger to the larger CRM's for sure

Cons

Main dashboards could have some more flexibility. Overall branding options could be improved. The news feed could have more formatting options

I've juggled and used a few different platforms previously to attain the same result. This one really does seem to be genuinely 'all in one', with little in the way of compromise. T

Pros

What I like most is the way you can build up your own business management system to suit your business which goes well beyond a CRM. Pricing is straightforward and extremely good value. The software has mind-boggling scope with its array of apps that are easy to 'buy' (no hidden extras, all part of the price). It's actually fun to use and is very customisable for an off the shelf package. I like the way you can clear off the stuff you simply don't need - for a custom, uncluttered look.

Cons

I'm still relatively new to it but at the moment - absolutely nothing.

Can access all areas of our business - Sales, Projects, Tasks etc. I like the ability to create Project Templates

Cons

We have to create Custom Lists for common views like Opportunities > Open> Sorted by close date. A pretty common KPI. We then have to export it just to view it on a weekly basis for staff meeting. A few steps to get standard data. Same with Open Projects, sorted by Due Date

Pros

I like that we can convert from estimates to invoices, it saves dual entry which for a salesperson is key. I am able to create these estimates very quickly and turnaround time is crucial for my customers.

Cons

I think it would be nice is apptivo made updates and releases/improvements to the software regularly and informed the users of this via a monthly email or newsletter. It is easy to get stuck in a rut of doing the same things in the system and I may not be getting all the functionality that the software has to offer.

Pros

The CRM integration with Gsuite is very good .And the CRM and Product management app is very good and any startup can rely on it for these features.

Cons

Financial apps - due to lack of Indian system compatible features,Indian Tax system incompatibility , Lack of Indian payment gateway integration. and Cases app . And Android app - which fails many times to record call logs and send messages.( Not trustworthy by Android app). E-commerce WordPress integration is so poor that do not compete with other e-commerce platforms Outside web application Integration is very tough ,so can't be used for larger purpose.

Cons

I use it for Companies rather than individuals but the design seems to be driven by a persons name or an individual contact. I'd prefer that it lists by company and then every contact and location under that company

We have a business model in which we are essentially the middle-man: we have clients on one end and customers on the other, and their products go through us in-between. Apptivo allows us to easily sort who is who and what project or indication they are associated with through Tags and Categories, as well as allowing us to split contacts into Prospects, Leads, etc. In addition, we also must send out supplies from third-party vendors, so there's a lot of supply and project tracking that, ideally, we would like integrated. Apptivo has the ability to do this through automation and customization, and it is one of the cheapest options to boot! The customer service and support team is very helpful and responsive, a must for when you're starting out with a new database and have lots of questions. Highly recommend Apptivo for small businesses to track and streamline work flow.

Pros

Very accessible and great customization, easy to navigate, easy importing from Excel, ability to track email campaigns, add-on and integrate apps for parts of a process, inexpensive, and live support chat within the application

Cons

The interface is not as "fun" or attractive as some other online CRMs in the market, but still nice and practical

Easy to use across most apps in a retail or service environment, the ability to see notes, contacts, and links from past orders.

Cons

Emails frequently get blacklisted and blocked by corporate and government spam/security filters. Poorly designed for manufacturing or ERP use.
