Pros

It's web based and once configured easy to use.

Cons

System updates on the hosted version are not communicated so we don't know when updates happen. This forces us to play catchup and troubleshoot issues after the fact.

Mostly Good. Not used for financials only for Estimates order processing Sales, Invoices, stock control.

Cons

Cannot manually change inventory and cannot have different inventory locations

Pros

All the features come at a specific fixed price. This application can be especially favorable to startups. Contact information, emails etc are arranged in a very neat order and can be easily used without any trouble. The support team at Apptivo is very helpful. They try to solve every issue put forward as quickly as possible. The application also shows efficiency in tracking clients and also deals with payments effectively. Since it is cloud-based, it can be accessed from anywhere.

Cons

The customization options are minimal. Also, there is trouble caused by bugs, due to which the software slows down in the long run. Many times, there is a need to add information on the existing data more than once, as it failed to get saved initially.

Very customizable software platform; fairly easy data import; easy implementation

Cons

Integration to our business' Office365 email has proven to be more challenging than was anticipated. Once working, it works very well. The recently added filter to see only emails with contacts in the application cuts down on secondary email system mgmt

Pros

easy to search any data in the system, searching engine responses quickly.

Cons

Export issue, comma vs. point, in France number, we have different meaning. So everytime i export reports, i need to replace point to comma in my excel, so i can get the correct number. otherwise, they are texts in stead of numbers.

Managing our customer service and response time.

Pros

Apptivo was relatively quick and easy to install, especially compared to larger CRM platforms. It was easy to train out team and quickly take control of customer service and response time by turning every email into a case. Having an easy way to search cases/customers and have a history of all our interactions with them has made a great improvement on our business this past year, particularly during our busy season.

Cons

There needs to be a way to file archived emails and we wish the email app and CRM cases app were interlinked.

You have a clear vision of all the processes in a company ready to be analyzed

Pros

The application offers complete view of the client and project from the start to the delivery and collection stages. Also alerts and personalizes reports. I really like the option to install a version of the application for mobile devices

Cons

At the beginning of the implementation phase, effectiveness may decrease if there is resistance to sharing information among commercial units or departments, this depends on the skill and ability of the work force, it also implies education and training, even though this tool is very easy to use and very intiutive for the team work so it can be less this training time

I have a recruitment agency and I am able to meet most of our business requirements with the software. I find their help desk to be extremely effective and today I had \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] fix a broken address link with the minimum downtime. He was quick polite and knew what he was doing.

Pros

It is extremely versatile and customizable

Cons

Documentation is not always clear but the help desk with its online chat is very effective.

Please, any time you finalize a task, log a call, send an email you need to wait several seconds, a lot until the background process is completed and shows xxxxxxxx is successfully, but if you log a call, and right away you want to send an email, that process will be deleted, until you wait time to be completed, with that I am losing prospect to reach out

This is the best fully customizable CRM solution we've used that integrates seamlessly with Outlook. The value for the money is exceptional.

Pros

For the price, I haven't found anything like this out there. It is EXTREMELY customizable and the variety of apps, many of which are part of the base service package, is unbelievable.

Cons

Every now and then, there are some quirky glitches but on the positive side, client services is always available via chat and they are extremely helpful.

Reason for choosing Apptivo

Some were nice products but the price was out of reach. Others had too many limitations with regards to our ability to customize fields. This product is the perfect blend.

Price is good. It works well for invoicing once it is configured properly. Would recommend this for a small business.

Cons

The email feature is not very user friendly and the interface is a bit confusing at first. Customer support could be better.

Pros

Price and the breadth of the published feature set. Accessing those features is another issue, however. If an administrator was dedicated to set things up and use Apptivo's consulting services for 3+ months, feature accessibility and the overall user experience may be different

Cons

It's really hard to use, as they haven't yet implemented an out-of-the-box solution that's easy and straightforward. It's almost like a kit that an IT staff would need to spend 3+ months setting up before deploying it.

Visibility into the field, ease of invoicing customers on the fly.

Pros

The invoicing feature integrated with quickbooks is the most beneficial to our business. I like the customer management but I find it a bit confusing sometimes.

Cons

The overall layout of the website. I am familiar with it and I find it still takes me a long time to get to certain places like account features, etc to change settings.

The ability to modify each app is amazing. This allows us to create what best fits our customers needs.

Cons

There isn't enough options to create a visually modern layout. Layout options are limit. I would definitely like the ability to implement different color schemes or utilize different font options.
