Very user friendly. They seem to be trying hard to please the customer and clean out the bugs.

Pros

It is very reasonably priced. Affordable. 24-hour support. The Chat team is very quick to respond, does their best, and very friendly. Mobile app works great.

Cons

Saved history information was lost ie. news feed, emails. Customer documents were attached to the wrong customer.

I like its sandbox features in that I can create interfaces that are meaningful to our company.

Cons

It's comprehensive features can be overwhelming at the start. But, once you learn one app and how to set it up all the others are straight forward.

Pros

We have not yet fully deployed the program, but to date our experience with the flexibility and ease of customization of the program seems to be outstanding. The support team has been extremely responsive to our requests and always willing to go the extra mile to make the program work for us.

Since we have not deployed yet I cannot fully answer this.

Overall, I am happy with using Apptivo but would be more enthusiastic if the above changes were implemented.

Pros

Having the customers info at my fingertips via the mobile app

Cons

1)Most Important is the ability to enter only the first name in the contact field. Sometimes all you may initially get is the first name on a sales visit or a conversation with someone else. It's frustrating that you can't continue filling out the form if you don't type in the last name. Most of the time, I can remember the company they work for and I should be able to find them that way. Or maybe add a search/filter by the first name. 2)The source for inputting the Fax number should have a field placed by the space for the business number, not a drop-down, and certainly not where it's currently located further down the page.

Simple and affordable. Good customization and quick responses to chat support.

Cons

Email integration issues with outlook exchange + contacts in trash keep showing up in contacts list at random

Pros

A lot of funcionalities are available and you can you use only the ones you need. Highly self-customizable to address your business needs. Support is good too.

Cons

In my opinion there are some lack in reporting; it sholud very useful to be able to create ourself reports templates. Sometimes documentation miss some information, but support compensate this.

Pros

Ease of use and the cost is minimal compared to the features you are getting in the package. Invoicing feature is excellent as well.

Cons

A little slow when for example creating an invoice and sending to customer. The actual customer, business relationship is confusing when adding contacts and companies.

Cons

When looking at a customer in the initial abbreviated screen, it would be nice if it also listed the contacts and contact information instead of having to jump to the detail screen

Able to create a customized template that works for my company

Pros

How customizable it is. It feels like it's my personal software specifically designed for my company's needs. And all the different app you have.

Cons

There are very basic things that have never been addressed. For example, the Company Name field in google contacts does not sync with Apptivo. So if I put a company name in the google contact nothing comes over to apptivo. Also, you can't schedule a reoccuring event on the calendar, why? I come across silly stuff like this all the time.

We are able to standardize processes and share data easily.

Pros

The ability to setup some of the parameters myself in a method that is intuitive and make changes without having to pay someone to customize .

Cons

Some of the fields functions are vague, but the customer support is right there to explain quickly.

Pros

It's not the best CRM but most of the features are free so it's kind of gamechanger. Value for money is great :)

Cons

It could be more intuitive. At the beginning of using i was quite confused...

Organization, ease of locating contacts

Pros

The organization of the software is great with a lot of ways to track your contacts and when you contact them.

Cons

It tends to be slow while working within the contacts. I would like to delete the names of categories that I am not using. I would like to be able to pull a monthly receipt for reconciliation purposes.

Pros

Simple, cost effective and somewhat customizable. The interface is straightforward, and the app is pretty user friendly. A simple, clean alternative to salesforce.

Cons

Support is bad-- language barrier. Has many functions that I simply don't use. I am in commercial real estate and some of the sales cycle tools simply do not apply
