Pros

We have been using Pembee for our nature school for over a year, and it has been such a seamless experience! It's incredibly easy to use on our end and it covers everything we have needed to run our programs successfully. Our families have mentioned how easy it is to sign up and update things like their payment information. Whenever I have a question, their team is quick to respond (I'm talking like same day response)! I highly recommend Pembee for their ease of use, customer support, and price!

Cons

So far - nothing! It provides us with everything we need for a great price point. I don't mind the manual setup for the activities. Pembee makes it very easy to replicate existing activities for new ones. I also like having the ability to customize our registration forms.

Overall, a very positive experience. Pembee has streamlined our booking, registration, and payment processes significantly, reducing admin time and improving clarity for families. What makes it stand out is that it’s clearly evolving — it doesn’t feel like a fixed system, but one that responds to its users. For a growing performing arts school, that flexibility is key.

Pros

Pembee understands how a school actually operates. The system is practical, not theoretical. Support is fast and reliable, tutorials are clear, and the platform is easy to navigate for both admin and parents. The continuous updates — especially around registration, booking fees, and tax-related features — show that the team listens and adapts quickly to real operational needs.

Cons

Some areas still require a bit of manual workarounds, particularly when managing more complex programme structures or layered communications. As the platform grows, tighter integration between features and slightly more customisation options would make it even stronger.

Brilliant system and I have used many with previous companies. Straightforward to use and the uploading process is very quick and easy. I work on the move and use Pembee on my iPad which is perfect.

Pros

Pembee is very easy to use and the customer support is very accessible.I don’t even consider paying for it as it’s worth every penny.No complaints from customers as the registration process is seamless.

Cons

No complaints at all . If I was unsure I would just email support who would come back to me within 24hrs

We have been using Pembee for two years now to manage our school’s after-school activities, and it has greatly simplified the booking process for our families. The transition to Pembee was very smooth, and the platform has made registrations much easier to manage on our end as well.

Pros

What I appreciate the most is the responsiveness of the team. \[sensitive content hidden\] always answers my questions incredibly quickly and is consistently helpful in finding solutions for what I’m trying to set up. It’s rare to have that level of support. I highly recommend Pembee to any school or organization managing activity bookings.

Cons

Not a lot! Sometimes some features are hard to find, the wording is not very explicit but I always end up finding what I need if I ask the customer support!

Excellent, personal, good value for money and an overall great customer experience (for both us and our customers).

Pros

The communication with \[sensitive content hidden\] and his team has been phenomenal. We have felt supported from the beginning, given a lot of flexibility to ensure the product was right for our business before committing and a lot of follow-up support once we went live (which continues as we try and tweak our processes to improve efficiency).

Cons

As with all systems, there are a few elements that do not fully fit our business processes in the way a bespoke system would. However \[sensitive content hidden\] and the team take all feedback seriously and have already implemented changes to help support us. Also, for the cost of the service, the small elements we have to compromise on are completely worth it.

Pembee has been a game-changer for our organisation. It’s incredibly easy to use and amend, and every update feels purposeful and well thought out. Our parents regularly comment on how straightforward the booking process is, saving them time and reducing admin stress on our side. The platform delivers a seamless experience, both for customers and our team, which makes running our services much smoother and more efficient.

Pros

The layout is clear and intuitive, making navigation easy for both the team and parents. We particularly value how easily accessible and manageable the various provisions within the platform are. It keeps everything organised and gives parents confidence in booking quickly and correctly.

Cons

The only challenges we’ve found are with the register and pricing setup. Currently, the register is fixed to sort by surname, but having the option to sort by age group or class would make it much more efficient for our team during busy sessions. Additionally, there isn’t an automated total ticket price for ‘All Sessions’, which adds an extra manual step that could lead to errors if not calculated carefully. These improvements would make an already great system even better.

Very positive, would highly recommend Pembee.

Pros

We have been very impressed with how easy Pembee is to use compared to our previous booking system (which came from a much larger / longer established booking company) and the customer service is excellent. They are always quick to respond with help and advice, and if we need the functionality 'tweaked' they listen to us and explain if they can do it (and provide a timeframe for delivery) or explain why they cant do it at the moment - or they suggest an alternative work around.

Cons

It would be good if there was an 'app' on the smart phones that we can ask staff to log into. But we have a workaround

They were v v expensive, the price was increased substantially every year and the functionality didnt fit with our business model and they were not interested in helping us. We got the impression that we were to small a company for them to bother with, as they had grown they were aiming for bigger companies with higher spend. And their customer service deteriorated as they got bigger.
