"Critical for you to integrate your salesforce pipeline"

**Overall:** Great onboarding with personalized CSMs happy to get on a call. Next to zero bugs and downtime

**Pros:** Fast, Fast, Fast interface. Whether it's is lightning or classic, Salesforce eats up memory, the Scatchpad Salesforce app is moves things along

**Cons:** Lacking outlook connectivity. It would be great to get alerts as a calendar notification

"Scratchpad Saves Me Multiple Hours Per Week!"

**Pros:** Scratchpad is a fantastic tool that helps me save hours vs. using Salesforce alone every week. It lets me keep my opportunities up to date, run easy reports and make my life better as a sales rep. I'm happy we decided to invest in it.

**Cons:** The only thing that makes Scratchpad difficult is sometimes we have custom fields that need to be updated according to our specific org and they can be a little tricky to manage at times.
