Instead of updating everything in various Salesforce, I can update everything in one, easy to use place. Cons When updating opportunities, I will always open up the tile and type in what I need. However, when you open the tile it blocks off tiles below that. I would like to see it more dynamically push those tiles lower so none get hidden by the open one. I manage my email follow ups through these opportunity tiles, and occasionally I will miss a follow up because it gets blocked off. Pros Salesforce hygiene was the key for me. The ability to quickly and easily enter in the data points that are needed for our sales leadership to accurately forecast what is happening on the sales floor. I can easily go from one opportunity to another in a Spreadsheet like format. Pros I use Scratchpad daily to make updates to opportunities. I am able to save time and make these changes without the dozens of clicks per change. Cons I wish there was an app for iOS that I could make changes while traveling. May 11, 2021 5.0 We needed a place to be able to update many different reports in Salesforce. Usually taking 30 minutes to an hour to update all reports now only takes 5 minutes or less. Pros How easy it is to use and keep your Salesforce data updated. Customer service is on point. Cons I haven't found any cons with the software so far. It saves me time from updating Salesforce - from 30 minutes to 3. Also, I had some questions and someone from the team gave me 30 minutes with no cost - Thanks \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]! Finally, I can send in tips and ideas and they respond with suggestions and thoughts. Great tool with a wonderful client experience! Pros I'm really impressed with this product. It took me 2 minutes to understand the value proposition, and 2 minutes to download and start using it. It's intuitive and really simple. Cons I really haven't found one yet. I'd say maybe the cost as I'm a light user at this point. However, the more tasks I could move to the application the more value I'd see. I would say the monthly investment.
