Pros

Als Freiberufler fehlt mir die Zeit - ganz zu schweigen von dem Know-how - um mich mit der Komplexität des Datenschutzes im Rahmen der DSGVO auseinanderzusetzen. Mit HeyData, die ein einfaches Onboarding, einen kompetenten Live-Support und ein praktisches Dashboard bieten, habe ich meinen eigenen Datenschutzbeauftragten gefunden. Ich habe nicht nur die Gewissheit, dass die Rechtssicherheit für die Einhaltung der Datenschutzbestimmungen gegeben ist, sondern auch meine Kunden haben die Gewissheit, dass ihre eigenen Compliance-Verpflichtungen durchweg gewährleistet sind, end-to-end.

Cons

Eine Version von HeyData für Freiberufler und 1-Personen-Unternehmen wäre wünschenswert. Der Live-Support hat sich allerdings proaktiv dafür eingesetzt, dass das Tool genau nach meinen Bedürfnissen konfiguriert wurde.

Cons

Beim Online-Tool muss man etwas Zeit investieren, um sich in allen Bereichen wirklich sofort zurecht zu finden. Insgesamt aber eine sehr feine Lösung!

HeyDatas' professionelle Arbeitsweise und ihr Engagement zur Erfüllung unserer Anforderungen sind sehr geschätzt und eine volle Empfehlung von uns aus!

Pros

Die Kommunikation mit dem Team und die Verwendung des Dienstes sind beide erstklassig! Das Kundenserviceteam war sehr hilfsbereit und hat schnell auf meine Fragen geantwortet, während die Software viele Fragen erübrigt hat. Der Preis für den Dienst ist sehr attraktiv. Wir empfehlen HeyData auf jeden Fall weiter.

Cons

Anfangs hatten wir ein paar Probleme, uns mit der Software vertraut zu machen, aber das ist üblich. Der freundliche Kundendienst hat uns schnell eingewiesen und danach war alles einfach zu bedienen.

We develop a medical device and worked with sensitive personal data. Thus, areliable and professional support in terms of GDPR and Data Protection is veryessential for us. With heydata, we found a partner who supported us on ourjourney in a very efficient and professional way. Consulting on specific caseswas always given when needed, response time is very good and GDPR was not aheadache for us anymore. They have a good platform to keep all necessarydocumentation as well as track of employee trainings. Definitely suggest towork with heydata if you don’t want to staff your own legal department takingcare of all that stuff…

Pros

Two features on heyData’s platform are valuable to us: compliance academy for our employees and the team management function. Also through the integrations on their marketplace, we could integrate their platform into our existing tech stack which facilitates, for example, our onboarding. Overall an efficient and easy-to-use software solution.

Cons

Mit heyData hat man ein 2in1-Paket: einen Datenschutzbeauftragten und ein digitales Softwaretool, über das alle Datenschutzangelegenheiten gemanagt werden können. heyData erstellt alle Pflichtdokumente und meine Mitarbeiter können über die Plattform sogar digital Verträge unterschreiben.

Cons

Uns ist aufgefallen, dass bei den Schulungen auf der Plattform keine Progress Bars für die einzelnen Lernkapitel vorhanden sind. Das wäre für Mitarbeiter sicherlich hilfreich, um einen Überblick über ihren Fortschritt bei den ausführlichen Schulungen zu behalten.
