I use Favikon weekly to follow my LinkedIn performance, track my ranking in my country, and measure my progress over time. The support was fast and excellent.

Pros

Favikon motivates me by showing my LinkedIn ranking clearly and helps me track my professional growth and progress over time.

Cons

The country ranking was not accurate at first, but the support team responded quickly and fixed the issue professionally.

Je tiens à partager mon expérience récente avec la société Favikon. Malheureusement, après la nouvelle mise à jour, j'ai rencontré de nombreux blocages qui m'ont empêché d'utiliser la plateforme efficacement. Cela a été extrêmement frustrant, car je compte sur Favikon pour mes besoins professionnels.Ce qui est encore plus décevant, c'est que l'équipe de Favikon semble être de mauvaise foi. Malgré les problèmes évidents que j'ai rencontrés, ils refusent de les reconnaître. Au lieu de cela, ils exigent des propositions qui ne sont pas équitables pour les utilisateurs.En tant que client fidèle, je suis vraiment déçu de cette situation. J'appréciais énormément les services de Favikon auparavant, mais cette expérience récente a terni mon opinion. J'espère sincèrement que l'équipe de Favikon prendra en compte les problèmes signalés par les utilisateurs et trouvera des solutions équitables pour tous.C'est vraiment dommage de voir une société avec un tel potentiel ne pas répondre adéquatement aux besoins et aux préoccupations de ses clients. Favikon est un outil que nous utilisons quasi quotidiennement et duquel nous sommes très satisfaits. Un bon rapport qualité/prix par rapport aux autres outils similaire du marché et il sied parfaitement aux agences de petites tailles/équipes comme la notre. On valide !

Pros

Les audits des audiences sont complets et pertinents, ils nous permettent d'avoir une bonne vision d'analyse sur un compte donné pour discerner les vrais des faux.

Cons

Comme la plupart de ces outils sur le marché, je trouve que les prix restent élevés pour le type de fonctionnalités proposées. Notamment pour le starter.

Pros

We love its influencer database. A lot of other tools out there have influencers who don't post or who are not active, but with Favikon we can search only for active profiles and this is very helpful!

Cons

Can't tell you at the moment. Maybe cover more micro creators on TikTok.

Nous recherchons quotidiennement de nouveaux profils soit pour des opérations d'influence, soit pour être force de proposition avec nos clients, ou encore dans le cadre d'appels d'offres. Pouvoir consulter le taux d'engagement, la qualité des followers et in fine la pertinence d'un profil en temps réel, Favikon est un vrai avantage !

Manque encore quelques filtres dans le moteur de recherche, par exemple par répartition de tranches d'âges (ex : au moins 35 ans prioritaire)

Expérience fluide qui me fait gagner énormément de temps

Le logiciel permet de trouver facilement les influenceurs dont vous avez besoin Plus besoin de passer des heures à regarder sur instagram qu’elles sont les bons influenceurs. Quelques critères et quelques clics plus tard vous avez une longue liste d’influenceurs que vous n’auriez pas réussi à trouver dans le logiciel.

Cons

Il peut être difficile de faire une recherche très précise sur un terme qui n’est pas dans la bio d’un influenceur Par exemple, je recherche un passionné de livres qui fait des reviews, si celui ci n’a pas de termes associés à la recherche que je fais dans sa bio - exemple : livres, bookstagram …. Alors je ne vais pas facilement le trouver
