Pros We have integrated Cargoson to work with our own system in NetSuite and with the local PostNord in Sweden, and it is very easy to use and to create shipment labels using these systems together. The support is great, and they solve problem quickly! I think it is a fantastic tool that has helped our business immensely! I recommend other to use Cargoson, if you use different kinds of carriers and have different price lists, this is the system you are looking for to facilitate your work- less work and more flow! Cons It is sometimes small problems, like to postal code is wrong or the placement of order is too late in the day, but this is quite easy to solve with changing the postal code to the right one or postpone the pickup one day later. However, when using Cargoson, even these smaller carriers can manually update milestones, truck numbers, or delivery statuses directly into the system for their customer. This way, they become comparable with larger carriers who have automated tracking systems, providing more visibility and control over shipments. Pros I like the simplicity and quickness, both in creating the shipments and communicating with the shippers'. I like how easy it is to ask quotations from many different service providers at once and then choose the best option based on their offered prices. Cons If I could improve anything, then I would improve the automatic price calculation when shipment comprises from different types of packages. For example one EUR pallet, one HPL pallet and one package. At the moment the automatic price calculator does not display the price for such shipments automatically. They just do not have technical capability and we send these attachments to them separately via e-mail. On the bright side, integrations with FedEx already allow us to send Goods Invoices, and DHL Express takes it a step further with both Goods Invoices and Export Declarations seamlessly supported via our TMS. If carriers update their technical capabilities, we will gladly make the necessary developments on the Cargoson TMS side to provide all possible functionalities. If a carrier lacks the technical capability, Cargoson TMS cannot automatically track shipments or retrieve PODs.
