This is an excellent tool. I recommend the pro version if you will be using it weekly.

Pros

Doodle make it easy for me to poll group members for a good meeting time. I even use it to arrange get togethers with friends. Setup is easy, with a clear, intuitive GUI and the ability to go back and change things. Respondents appreciate having the choice of "If need be" in addition to "Yes" and "No," and I find that even the most tech-averse can manage it without difficulty. The system sends the host an email every time a response comes in, and it's easy to assess the results. They can even be exported to a spreadsheet.

Cons

You need to buy the paid "Pro" version to eliminate ads and activate some features such as in-app email invites and automatic reminders.

I have used Doodle since its inception. The software has evolved to be user-friendly, intuitive, and simple. I use it personally and professionally once there are 3+ calendars to coordinate to find a meeting time/date. I think it is a wonderfully simple way to find a convenient meeting time for all people involved!

Pros

The ease of use is outstanding, especially when trying to find a meeting with 3+ people.

Cons

Some people are hesitant to try it - but other than that, there are no "negative" features.

Fairly easy and readable

Pros

Being able to suggest different times to create meeting invites for needed training across our five facilities.

Cons

I can't edit how many per session can sign up once I make the limit at the beginning of creating an account.

Dans l’ensemble il est bien car de nombreuses fonctionnalités

Pros

Possibilité de mettre plusieurs noms sur le calendrier avec plusieurs dates composant l’année.

Cons

Par contre gros point faible , quand organise son planning par exemple avec équipe du matin , équipe du soir .Et mettre des présences et absences lorsqu’il y a beaucoup de personnels , il faut retourner tout au début pour voir la date . Nous n’avons pas une vue globale du calendrier c’est très gênant et cela porter à faire des erreurs notamment sur les prises de congés On se trompe de ligne
