Cons: Not as such.. The software has taken care of all the relevant aspects and love to use it life long.
"We use Remark Office OMR for regular processing of surveys, which run quarterly/yearly."
Pros: It does what it is supposed to do. After preparing template for a survey, it reads the responses and creates various reports, which can be also run and saved as batches.
Cons: The reading of responses is not 100% accurate. Sometimes there are false positives. It has problems reading responses filled with a pencil.
