Well designed to improve customer service and enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Pros

User friendly interface has made this tool intuitive and easy to navigate, ensuring that users whether customers or employees can quickly find the information or perform the tasks they need without frustration. Has a robust knowledge base that serves as a repository of information including FAQs, guides, tutorials and troubleshooting articles. This makes it searchable and well organized.

Cons

The cost should be checked. It is a little higher which inconveniences small scale users.
