Pros

Die Dokumentensuche (auch innerhalb des Dokumentes) ist sehr schnell und die Prozesse sind klar zu strukturieren. Workflows können individuell gestaltet werden.

Cons

Die Konfiguration ist leider sehr aufwendig und komplex.

Die Software ist wirklich sehr umfangreich. Im Grunde kann man mit dem System alles realisieren. Oftmals nur mit Hilfe, jedoch sage ich das jetzt, mit weniger als 6 Monaten Erfahrung, mit dem System. Es gibt eine Hotline für Rückfragen und unfassbar gutes Consulting. Jede Frage konnte sofort erklärt und viel wichtiger geklärt werden.

Pros

Die Bedienung als Endanwender ist wirklich einfach und sehr gut umgesetzt. Es ist mit Windows Client und in Zukunft auch über eine Webseite zu nutzen. Die App Nutzung wurde bislang nicht getestet von mir.

Cons

Die Administration ist nicht immer über die GUI möglich. Einige Erweiterungen oder Module müssen über "ini" Dateien konfiguriert werden und ein Drag and Drop Editor für Workflows wäre wünschenswert. Das ist leider sehr technisch aufgebaut und man benötigt schon eine Menge Hintergrundwissen.

\- Einfache Bedienung - Steuerung von Bearbeitungsvorgängen (Workflows, z.B. für Eingangsrechnungen) - Mehrmandantenfähigkeit - Schnelle Recherche nach benötigten Dokumenten - Schnittstellen zu anderen Systemen (z.B. FiBu) möglich - Verwaltung/Konfiguration selbst möglich > wenig Support notwendig

Die Ersteinrichtung des Systems war sehr aufwendig.

Mit Starke DMS kann man alle betrieblichen Dokumente individuell für den jeweiligen Betrieb und Gebrauch innerhalb der Unternehmung digitalisieren und zu jederzeit, schnell, gezielt und absolut einfach abrufen.

Pros

Leicht zu implementieren, leicht selbst zu administrieren, sehr gute Zeitersparnis und absolut empfehlenswert

Cons

Wenn man Starke DMS richtig anwendet und die Dokumente ordentlich einpflegt, gibt es keine Nachteile.

Pros

Die Belegerkennung funktioniert effizient mit wenig täglichen Aufwand. Dank gute Beratung in der Einführungsphase wurden die richtige Indizes zu den einzelnen Dokumentenarten definiert, so werden die Belege schnell gefunden werden. Workflows sind flexibel und schnell anpassbar nach Bedarf der Benutzer. Die Integration mit den Geschäftsprozessen war reibungslos.

Cons

Wir kennen noch nicht alle Funktionen, sind ständig am Lernen, aber wir bekommen alle Unterstützung von Starke-DMS in diesem Prozess

Revisionssichere Archivierung und diverse Workflows.

Pros

Starke DMS ist im Vergleich zu manchen Mitbewerberprodukten, sehr gut und intuitiv einzurichten.

Cons

Durch die "einfachen" Einrichtungsmöglichkeiten, geht natürlich zwangsläufig etwas Flexibilität (Scripting etc.) verloren.Das hält sich allerdings in der Praxis wirklich sehr in Grenzen.
