Hiervan hebben we nog steeds geen spijt. Soms was iets nog niet mogelijk, dit werd echter vaak in een volgende release al toegevoegd. Engineers denken goed mee en zorgen voor veel meerwaarde. Pros Wij gebruiken Exact Synergy en Globe als ons centrale systeem en willen hierin alle gegevens centraal invoeren. De apps van Exact zelf zijn voor ons niet afdoende omdat een deel van onze collega's uren moet schrijven voor anderen. Ook willen zij informatie kunnen raadplegen uit een aantal andere pakketten die niet via een app ontsloten zijn. Met Any2Info is een koppeling gemaakt met deze pakketten en worden de ingevulde gegevens netjes als verzoek in Exact Synergy weggeschreven. Doordat je de velden en schermen zelf kunt inrichten ontstaat een fantastische gebruiksvriendelijke app. De mogelijkheden die wij benutten is nog maar een fractie van wat mogelijk is. Cons Ondanks dat het no-code software is, is nog wel enige kennis nodig bij het inrichten van de app. Any2Info biedt hier echter prima ondersteuning bij. Pros \- Heel veel mogelijkheden om applicaties te bouwen op een NO-code platform. - Ca 100 specifieke inspectie en meetrapporten gedigitaliseerd met koppelingen naar onderhoudsbeheersysteem en ERP. - Knowledge base opgebouwd voor snelle toegankelijke analyse door engineers. - Portal voor klanten is onderdeel van de applicaties. - Diverse business units gebruiken het platform o.a. voor uren registratie en sales. Cons Any2Info ontwikkeld frequent nieuwe functionaliteit. SPIE werkt on-premise met de software en werkt bij voorkeur met laatste releases. Daarmee zijn regelmatige updates noodzakelijk.
